Hi. I just recently reinstalled the most recent theme and I’m trying to have recharge subscription app installed and the developers are having issues adding it. They asked that I ask the following:
why are the properties listed in the article ReCharge Custom Line Item Properties (https://support.rechargepayments.com/hc/en-us/articles/360008830733-ReCharge-Custom-Line-Item-Properties?source=search) aren’t being passed to the cart when the subscription product is added.

I purchased the theme few days ago. I am facing a problem in “compare at price option”. The higher price is not getting striked off and the price is showing side by side with the selling price. Lets say I want to sell at $2 and compare at price $4 the $4 should be sriked off. This is not coming. Kindly help me setup this in my store.

Hi There , I’m in the process to open my online store. I’m trying to select a theme that will provide me with many features at lower cost. I came across Ella in themeforest and it seems to be a good fit. My question how does the integration with Shopify works if I decided to buy this theme? What is the performance of this theme? I’ve noticed many reviews of other themes that complain about the performance?
And Can you send me a list of all the apps you have installed on the Ella demo site? Like the review system, countdown clock, etc. and which app needs to pay, how much is its cost ?

Hello, can I please get some help? How to add more color swatch options for the product and collection page? I have over 50 different colors for my fashion products and need to add swatch uploads and swatch color codes to create color options. Thanks. I replied a few days ago that disabling doesnt seem to do the trick also. The theme comes with an own multilingual feature which renders all the theme related strings by passing the string to a snippet which outputs the actual string, like this: {% include ‘multilang’ with collection.title %} Langify is not able to parse the Shopify object-variables (in this case collection.title) when they are assigned like this. Do you have a version of the theme with no multilang feature ? This could maybe be the solution. I have emailed back this info last week and I am still waiting for your return. Thank you for your assistance.
