Greetings, I am having an issue deleting the special offer + 1 = 3, free reward card, and free shipping side bar on the site. I need direction in regard to how to delete these items from each page. See we have given an option to add seprate images for small devices and desktop screens. What change that you done not appearing in small screens? Are you talking about live edit not synchronising without saving? If so plz check after saving.

Hello. I have a few issues I need help with. 1) In product description box that is below the product, I pasted a paragraph and not only it shows in the description box but it shows half of the paragraph at the top of the page next to the product picture box/under the product title? I would only like for that paragraph to show at the top and I would like to use the description box for other information of my products. How do I go about that? I see an option to hid both or hid one but when I keep both, I can’t have the description box to have different information than the top part of the page. I took screenshots but I don’t see an upload option here. My other question is, under a product page, where you see variants of the product. For an example, I listed different hair textures and their lengths, they are shown in boxes on the page instead of having a drip down box to select the lengths of the hair. It’s called a drop down menu I believe. My web designer says that it can’t be done because the theme doesn’t have that option. I noticed some simple things I’ve asked them to do, they can’t and they say it doesn’t come with he theme. Please help and I have screenshots if you don’t understand. I’ll be glad to send. Thanks.

Hi, thank you for the quick reply. It worked. Here’s another issue that I forgot to mentioned. On desktop, the home page banner slider is great and the texts are on the side of the model’s images but on mobile version, the texts are on the face of the model’s face. My web designer says that’s how the theme is built. Are there any ways to fix that because it doesn’t look good on the models pictures?

Hello. I really need help fixing my second issue. Your team have not replied. I’m hoping to launch my website this weekend and I need to fix the mobile issue. I was asked for my FTP credentials which I don’t have a clue. I asked if I could just add their email as staff on my Shopify so they can have access and no words back the whole entire day.

I’ve given staff access and nothing has been done yet. And how can I remove the prices from showing twice on each product pages? I’d like the price at the top to show and remove the second price below that says subtotal.

The mobile version of the website is very important because majority of people purchase things on their mobile. The texts across the models faces in the slider banner looks unprofessional.

Hello. Yes as a matter of fact, I need some more help. I wasn’t able to launched my website yesterday, Sunday because my web designer went ghost on me. She was struggling with the couple of things we had left to finished. And fryer not even much. She’s always claiming that they’re not part of the themes. Now because I have changed my launching date and announced it on social media, I now have to keep my word and launch today, June 10th. Since my hired help went ghost, I’ve been looking for a new one and that cost money. And the little issues I have are not even worth the prices that they’re requesting. One guy kept asking me why am I using an old theme and how I need to upgrade. I didn’t know that theme has expiration dates. He’s trying to get me to buy other themes because he said some of the functionality can’t be fixed. I don’t know. Sorry for rambling. Just frustrated. Please help me with these last issues. 1) the missions section has 4 boxes to upload images. I would like to just have 1 image box there to either upload one picture or a video. 2) I need help removing the overlay/preview that are on each of the product images. I don’t want to see a preview picture of what’s inside each product page before clicking. And 3) my hired help did something that made my additional product pages not being clickable. When you click on a product, and you have more than one pictures, I’m not able to click on them to view them bigger. I need help with that please. Those 3 things I’ve listed I truly need help fixing. Please I’m launching by noon today. Please help me fix this. Thank you.
Oh sorry I forgot. I would also like to narrow the description box. I can write a paragraph and it makes it look like just 2 lines of texts. And dear is there a way to narrow or remove the white square parts of each product box? The box I’m talking about is below the product image/box, it’s where the name of the product shows before you click on the product to view the page. I noticed the width of them are wider than the product image box. It doesn’t look good like that. Seeing a wide box, wider than the image with the product name on it. Please help

Hello. I was supposed to launched at 12 noon and now it’s 12:55 am Eastern and nothing was fixed yet.
I doubt that I will be buying any themes outside of Shopify again. I should have listened to Shopify’s customer representatives warnings about third parties. Saying that you’d fix those MINOR tweaks and not keeping your word is not professional at all.
We already fixed both slider and hover image change… Plz clear your cache and check.
Dear I asked help for a couple of things. I cleared my cache and they were not tweaked dear. On the Home page, I wanted the Missions section (I renamed it Belgium Spy) to be one box there. There are four boxes for images there, I wanted only one image box there meaning remove the other 3 boxes and keep one. I asked that the product picture boxes, that white square part under each product pictures (where the names of the products are) to be narrowed, they are wider than the actual product pictures. Some are wider and longer. They’re not even under each product. And lastly, next to the description box, there’s a length box, that is not clickable. And the additional pictures inside each product page are not clickable. I just need these fixed. That’s all.
I just sent an email with screenshots to make it easier.
We have updated all! Also we noted some of your developer/desiger have made some changes in many places of our original code, It caused detail page zoom image and thumb gallery issues, as well as for tabs.We are not responsible for such issues, As of now we have fixed it.
