Hello, we were considering buying this theme for a client of ours, but when we tested the demo on a phone and iPad we noticed it was buggy and almost non-responsive. When are you planning on updating the theme for mobile devices so that everything works and is proportionate? Is anyone else having the same issue? Kind regards.

Just bought this theme a few mins ago and both OptionTree and The Events Calendar imported in out of date. Can you please provide this updated version? You also may want to update it in the theme download. Thanks.

Iam facing some issue in theme the element “act home carousel” is not working on my frontpage but it working on sub pages have look on link. The element “Act Fundraise Bar” is being utilized on my home page under the slider. The “Donate Now” button within that element is still pointing to the DEV site and I am not finding anywhere to change it. Can you please help?

Can we manually kickstart how much is in the “raised so far” box of the campaigns? So if the goal is $1000 – can we put $250 is already raised?

Also – I note on your CHECKOUT popup box it shows payment options of Paypal, Stripe and authorize.net and offline (bank details).

Can we delete authorize.net – and do the paypal and Stripe work properly if set up on the backend – we would like both if possible

So you have just deactivated the slider which is of no use to me. I would like to use Revolution slider however whenever I activate it the site slows down or just doesn’t even load atall and cannot be edited.

I have uploaded the newest Theme and still not working. It does say the slider needs an update but this has not happened with the newest version of the Theme and cannot be done as normal. Even when plugin is disabled it’s around 3-4 seconds load time, it’s terrible.

Do we really need all these extra plugins that are included??

Also WPBakery Page Builder. – cannot activate premium support despite this being included – Question not answered from before

This has delayed my project after so many issues I can see alot of people have had similar issues and it’s becoming really frustrating and sending me generic answers to just go to support and isn’t really helping with the problem and delays. I look forward to hearing from you.

what Plugin do this theme uses for Donation? is It GIVE or a Different one?

Hi there. Thank you for a great theme. I wanted to open a support ticket but your site has an error 500.

I am having issues with the Act Home Image block. When I first set it up the caption was in the correct position. Now it is hiding in the top left corner. I have not edited any of the css – only adding more onto the home page.

Finding conflicts between your theme and “The Events Calendar” plugin. I’ve deactivated all plugins and reactivated. Replaced the theme (yours) and it was working again. Your theme is breaking my calendar! Recurring events are masking as the same event on the calender over and over again. Any ideas?

Been off this theme awhile. Where do I go to CHANGE the text over the homepage image? I cant figure out for the life of me and it shouldnt be so hard to find.
