The homepage portfolio vertical slider is going crazy. The animation speed is really fast, and there is no where to change the speed settings. Trying to change the BX slider settings in theme options but this doesn’t affect anything.

Hello Kodeforest. I found this theme and I want to buy it. But before that I need to ask you some questions. I plan to make website mainly in cyrilic letters so I want to ask you if your theme fonts are compatible with cyrilic characters. Also I want to make two versions of website. One will be written in cyrilic letters and another in latinic. Does your theme have some plug-in, something like switch betwen these two versions or I need to download some Wordpress plug-in.

I purchased this theme to use to for a Democratic candidate running for Congress to replace our current site (http://ethanphamforcongress.com) I’m really disappointed with this theme so far. I’ve purchased dozens of themes over the last decade and have never had these kinds of problems.

BIG ISSUE: One of my biggest complaints is that I feel deceived. I wrote you the following comment about Visual Composer and you answered me. See the copy and paste text from the Themeforest comment section:

However, after purchasing the theme I see that Visual Composer is NOT included! I am a big fan of Visual Composer (WPBakery) and use it on a lot of other WP themes. So I was very upset to see that you were not truthful about Visual Composer being included in this theme. I would not have purchased it had I known the truth. Please send me the Visual Composer plugin that was not included in this theme.
NEXT ISSUE: I have tried with multiple installations to get the STICKY HEADER to work. Even though the Sticky Header option is selected in the Theme Options Panel it is NOT working.
NEXT ISSUE: I would like to use a large hero image on the home page INSTEAD of a slider. I’d like the image to have the header, text, and call to action button overlay just like on the page now (http://ethanphamforcongress.com/new/) but have it be over the static image instead of the slider. I tried to do this by having only one slide but it is still advancing even though there is only one image. I don’t see any theme option to add a static image.
NEXT ISSUE: I’m attaching a screenshot to clarify. I would like the DONATE NOW button included on the nav menu just like on your demo site. But I see no option to do this. This is very important as this will lead to our donate page on ActBlue. Please advise.

Have you contacted our ticket support system already if yes please ask them for updated visual composer and other addon they will send you copies of latest plugins.
Sticky header class might be missing on theme Options please provide your login details at our ticket support system I will personally look into it.
You can easily add image in simple column there is no need to add call to action button for it. In simple column add image code all set. You can also add one image inside Slider which will show you hero image under navigation.
Please share your login details on our ticket support system so that we could help you fixing these issues.

I did contact support and opened a ticket through your system. Over 4 days have passed and I haven’t heard a word from the ticket status. 
I sent complete login info when I completed the support ticket.
