Hello, Is it possible to change the lightblue color of this template? Also is it possible to use 2 different colors on the same website. For example, changing the lightblue color to green for one page. And keeping changing the lightblue color to red on the other page for example? Thanks in advance for your answer.

Thank you for showing interest in our product. changing color is super easy with our template, this can be done by using Template settings. You can use any colors you wish. also regarding two colors in the same website is 100% possible with our Experts template. You have complete controls in the template manager.

Hi. I purchased your theme “The Experts” for one of my websites. My pre-sale questions was specifically addressing that it should be compatible with RSJoomla modules and plugins. The salesperson assured everything would work fine but it turned out it never did. After several intents from your support person to fix the issue, your theme simply didn’t work. My money was never returned. I ended up removing such a bad theme from site and purchasing other from another vendor, which in turn worked perfectly. I am very disappointed with your service. I was a victim of such a huge lie.

Will you please tell me where exactly you contacted for pre-sale questions and support? we did not receive any pre-sale questions and support tickets to date for the expert’s themes. But you’re saying you have already contacted us.
Regarding RSJoomla modules now I am saying all 3rd party components and modules work well in our template if the component support bootstrap. if the component or the modules not developed by using Bootstrap it will not works.

Before purchasing The Experts Theme I mentioned, “Can I just install this theme without the Quickstart demo? I only need the theme along with SP builder and the rest of the bundle components?”. You responded “Yes, you can install temple package alone.” After purchasing, your support representative was Chris Windstripe Themes. In one of his replies, he mentioned “If you do not install using the quickinstall (demo database and bunch of stuff), then you can’t have the website look like in the demo without recreating the modules used in the demo…”. In another reply, he mentioned “It does’t work with your current installed plugins you mean? The other days I had a client with the exact same problem on the front end and he said he resolved it by disabling 3rd party plugins and deleting some hidden page content from the Sp page builder page.”. Unfortunately, disabling 3rd party plugins to make the theme work was not an option for me. The Experts theme never worked with my current website configuration, therefore I had to remove your theme from my website and find another solution. Please notice despite your help support (Chris Windstripe Themes) was willing to help, your product was simply not compatible with my current site configuration. After a week of back and forth messages I gave up. The theme should work right away after it is installed (with or without the demo stuff). I kindly requested my full refund but it was denied. Very sad end for me.

I do not see there any “specifically” question regarding any plugins you want to use, just a question regarding if the template can be installed without the quickinstall (YES) and if it can work on an multilanguage website (YES).
Let’s check more comments, to see how much of a “victim” you were. After I worked on your issues: https://prntscr.com/stuq1s Everything was fine and well and the site was looking “as you expected”.
But then, a new plugin or something like that came up and was not working again… And again you were insisting on the refund, which you where threatening us with ever since you first purchased.
So let me tell the exact story:
After your purchase I did not say you cannot have your website look like in the demo, I said you cannot have the benefits of the quickinstall (fast install and have your website look like in the demo in a couple of minutes) when you install the template piece by piece, since you cannot export modules or database this way. So I asked you after installing the template to follow the documetation steps for the piece by piece installation and also read the faq. If you followed them correctly, you should have had the template set up (without modules or articles). From this point all you had to do was set up the quickinstall on a subdomain or local computer and just get from it the modules you needed.
I remember you did things by guessing, you created unnecessary positions in the template layouts, unnecessary menu modules… I fixed them for you, I set up the top bar and footer also, everything was fine.
But then there was an incompatibility with the plugins you were using, I don’t remember which one or what was wrong (was it the front end editor not working? If so, you could have used the backend one) and this is not our fault.
You can check that this item has a lot of sales and I only got minor support requests for it, yours was the only one that gave me a lot of trouble, mostly because you refused collaborating with me.
I’m sure we could have found a fix for your issues, but ever since from the start you were insisting for a refund and tried to make it seem like the template was faulty.
Clients do not understand that once they download a product it is hard to get a refund for reasons like this. What if everyone was buying our themes and after they just find a plugin which makes it crash and ask for refund?
You have just confirmed why I am a victim of this whole situation. I purchased The Experts Theme that was never compatible with my current site configuration and despite your extraordinary efforts to make it work, it never did. I wasted my time, I got nothing but a useless theme. You kept my money. Enjoy!
I don’t think you read what I wrote you, you took only one part out of context.
I confirmed you were lying about asking presale question about your current site configuration, this part is true.
Also let me know if I am wrong with the story regarding the “useless” theme and never compatible>
Ever since your first ticket you were asking for refund and no matter how much I resolved everything you wanted, you were always trying to find reasons for the refund (remeber when I told you not to create a menu module, helix ultimate manages the menus itself, and after a couple of days you came with a ticket saying the menu doesn’t work…when I checked, you created a menu module).
Regarding my efforts, I set up the template and everything was working fine (you confirmed), but then you managed to find another “issue”.
I did not say anything about RSJoomla modules or plugins being at fault, I asked you to disable them and see if it fixes (it might have been some content created on a sp page builder page at fault…or some server issues), after all, when I finished to set up your website everything was working fine, including the front end editor. It is impossible for something to break without you making any changes.
In any case, you could have still used the back end editor with no issues (the website’s front end had no issues, it was working exactly like you wanted) until we could have figured out what the issues with the front end editor were (I don’t see this as a tragedy and a big incompatibility). But you were constantly asking for refund, meaning you were not looking for a solution, you were only after the money back.
So the “not compatible” part is mainly what you were trying to achieve just so you can have a reason for a refund.
I have over a thousand sales here, trust me, I know when someone changes his mind regarding a purchase and no matter how much I struggle with support, he is constatly trying to find reasons for refund and will not cooperate to fix the issues.
Once again, despite all your extraordinary efforts to make The Experts theme work with my site, and your struggling with support, it simply didn’t work. I purchased a solution from another vendor and it worked immediately without a hassle. Kept my money. Enjoy!

There is no security issues with the template. Actually our developers working on some updates in our template. This causes some s issues in demo. Now check the demo it works good

Yes, you can install temple package alone. We have providing two packages one quickstart demo package (for new websites). Another one is template along with page builder (For exciting website owners)
One more question. My site is bi-lingual. Will the navigation position work for both languages?

I purchased your theme The Experts and followed your instructions to install and setup the template and bundled components but in no way this template look like in the demo. As per the pages that are not created in SP Builder they have a Super User Box at the bottom that I don’t know where it comes from. Without your theme my site does not show such box. I left my concerns in your help-support system unluckily with no answer at this moment 2 days ago. If there is no way you can fix it, I kindly request a full refund.

I sadly have to take back my words regarding the use of The Experts theme. After trying for so many days to make this theme work, it didn’t for my website. I cannot get the SP Page Builder frontend editor work on my current site configuration unless I uninstall other 3rd party components which are vital for the functionality of my website. I specifically asked before purchasing this theme if it would work with my current components and without installing the demo / quick installation package, and Joomlabuff assured it would, but it didn’t. On the other hand, unless you are knowledgeable in using SP Page Builder and Helix Ultimate framework or install the demo site they provide, you will spend a lot of time trying to configure this theme to make it work for an already built site like mine. I contacted the theme support several times asking for help and they fixed the issues, but when I changed something in the backend the site became a mess again. I was looking for something ready to use and easy to install to refresh the look of my website not to rebuild it. The theme support tried their best to help me in timely manner but their suggestion of installing the quick package/demo is not an option. I kindly requested a refund but they refused to give it back to me because all the time he (Windstripe Themes) has spent so far. At the end of the day, the only big loser is me. I purchased a theme that doesn’t work for my current site configuration and wasted a lot of time trying to make it work for nothing. I have uninstalled all the stuff they provided. I am very disappointed and upset with this result. I hope my experience serve others to look carefully who you choose as service provider.
