1.How can i add the info slider: free shipping, discounts, returns…like on this page in the middle https://new-ella.myshopify.com/ i can’t find that section 2. Can i use 1 column on mobile version for collections page for example this one: https://new-ella.myshopify.com/collections/all By default there are 2 columns, but i want to use 1 column if that is possible.

SKU# are showing on the product links. Example: www.domain.com/collections/product- sku_number_here1234

How do i remove sku# so only the product link is displayed on the browser? Example: www.domain.com/collections/product

hello. is it possible to see image ratio settings screenshoot Understand that within the theme there’s a setting to adjust the resolution. If, let say I have some images with different image resolution. Will it be necessary to resize it first before I import into the store or import all high resolution then resize within the theme setting. Does theme has setting allow me choose image ratio for image on product item. Does it solve the problem setting allow you can resolve issue about different image size. i want this setting allow me choose image ratio for image on product item.

I have emailed twice now with an urgent issue that is holding up my site going live (I got the annual vacation email the first time). Is the following a known issue? No matter what size I add to the cart when testing the site, it adds the smallest size available. For instance, if I add a size XL, an XS is added to the cart. Please advise a fix urgently. Thanks

Your template is great! it’s the truth!

But you really have a support problem. 7 days and i still waiting answers (solution) to ma first support list (i have an other list)...even my bug emergency email has still not been resolved. Using your favorite sentence “contact us at support@halothemes.com” is not the best way to manage support.

Your A M A Z I N G template deserves a real ticket system with a knowledge base that will allow your customers to solve themselves more than 60% of their problems by looking at solutions already proposed, such as the concern of the mega menu 4 on Bagratica. Hi, Shopify no longer works with MailChimp. Ella theme is integrated with MailChimp. is their a way to fix this so my newsletter sign up form and newsletter pop up work?
