Hi. I have problem while downloading demo contents. It stops on ‘We are currently installing your content – Cleaning the folder’ screen, then nothing happens, it hangs there forver. Is there another way to install demo, or how can I fix it? There is nothing about it on my server’s error log.

Having issues with getting the logo to change. it is selected in the customizer, but it never changes on the site. always defaults to the kanni stock image. Using WordPress 5.1

Dear Support,
When I using wordpress upload the theme, it show “The link you followed has expired.”
When I using FTP upload the theme, after activate I try to go customize, it show “http error 500 website is currently unable to handle this request”.

Hi there, i just bought your theme and i have a question before installing, i would like to install it on my localhost so i can arrange it there and then upload it to my clients live server, i hope there will not be a problem doing this, just saying that i realise that uploading it by exporting the db or using duplicator will not have any effect on the theme, but i could find myself in a position that i need to fresh install it on the server, and i would like you to know this, so if i use a verification code on localhost, and for some reason i have to install a fresh one on the server, i would like to use the same code, or just let you know so i can get a new one for the live server edition. I just purchased the Kanni Theme, and I’m having all kinds of issues. First the WPBakery Plugin supplied does not work, they want me to pay a license fee to upgrade the version…. it was supposed to be included in the theme, I can’t edit the header without it working. Next I tried to switch out of the Kanni theme and it got a FATAL ERROR and I could no longer access my site/URL. I had my HOST Completely wipe WordPress and started with a clean install a second time and the same things happened again… WPBakery didn’t work, and when I tried to swtich to a different theme my site crashed and could not longer be accessed. Could you please tell me how I can get a refund. I’ve just spent 5 hours and now I’ve got to wipe out and reset my wordpress site again in order to access the url.
