System says “Plugin not activated. A higher version of Unyson is needed for this theme. Please update the plugin.”

Hi guys, i just bought your theme and tried installing it and am getting issues, after installing , am getting issues o my server affecting other sites that i host. I talked to my hosting company and they told me that the theme has an issue. I uninstalled it and all my other client websites are now working fine. I dont think i will be working with this and kindly requesting a refund because i dont know the extent of the damage this has caused and am not willing to risk this again.

The problem is not the particular folder but for some reason when i upload your theme and activate, it messes up my entire client portal (other client websites get broken) l including other hosts and there is no way am going to start telling my clients that we are down because am testing something over and over. I even have no idea why its happening but my host said your theme has an issue thats affecting my server and have never seen anything like it. Am asking that we dont go back and forth about this.

I have another theme working well on that site that i put, make sure you dont mess it up and i dont expect you to break my client portal and other sites otherwise should i see any broken site during your tests, i will go ahead and sue you for those damages. FYI

I made a fresh install to another site and imported demo again, however some sections appear to be broken on the home page and not aligned like in the demo display on envanto, things like the scroll bar. Am sending details of the new logins to you for to take a look.
same as the footer, there is no space between the icons such as location and the address itself, same as contact number and email details

Is there any chance that this theme will work with Poly lang plugin? I have tried that and it all looks fine until I try to set different header and footer for translated pages – it always set same header or same footer for all translations 
with your recommended translatepress plugin it’s even worse, because it doesn’t let to translate properly Slider Revolution (sentences used in slides have different length – I hope its easy to imagine that same slide in different languages looks different )... So my question is – can you recommend plugin that works with your theme and let properly translate th website (no wocommerce needed)???

Will it allow me to set different slider (Slider Revolution) for every translated language??? I don’t want test 4th translation plugin on your theme just to discover that the results are visually non acceptable.

Only one slider can be selected in the page and it can be translated .Its not possible to set multiple sliders.

Yes, the Theme fully supports RTL languages, and the theme fully supports both WPML and Polylang plugins for multilingual sites.
We add over 700 items to our website, with the correct formatting using H1-H2-H3 etc. I ‘m checking our website we lost all the format we lost the Categories we lost SKU number I thought it was something on our end, I can’t log in to your Forum (I don’t get the reset password link your website is BROKEN) to see if anybody else is having the same issues.

- A warning for potential buyers * The mega menu option that comes with this theme is very limited. I am trying to create a mega menu similar to Etsy’s menu and this theme does not allow you create it. Most importantly, you cannot install a mega menu plugin to create a different mega menu. You CANNOT create the Etsy menu with this theme (if you are looking for something similar).
No mega menu plugins work with this theme.
I have been told by my programmer that I have to pay $500 to have the theme updated/changed to be able to use a mega menu plugin that will work to achieve the look that I want.
Support says that they can help me, but they are now trying to get me to use their mega menu which is NOT what I want, I’ve submitted samples of my design, and they still will not make this right.

You guys are killing me. I have been waiting for a fix for almost 2 weeks now. You did not tell me to install the plugin, you asked for me to send you a link, which I did, and you did not reply to me until I posted here, publicly.
I have the plugin installed, but it was not activated. You could have EASILY activated it.
It seems like you are dragging this out which I am not happy about. I do not want to hear back from you that there is something wrong with the plugin, as my developer tried 3 different plugins and NONE of them worked. This is a problem with the theme!

I responded to your email, but I have purchased a license for the Max Mega Menu (this is what my developer wants to work with). When you turn off the WP Bakery Builder, the plugin works.
This is a conflict with every Mega Menu out there and the theme builder. Is there anything you can do to change this?
I’ve tested it with 2 other plugins and the same issue. It will not work unless we turn off the WP Bakery builder, as your mega menu takes over the navigation completely. Please fix this!

Hello Again,
I moved the site and am having font issues again, same as I did when I first installed the site on my dev server.
None of the fonts work for the body, h1, h2, h3, h4, h5 and when I try to change it, it doesn’t accept the change.
The fonts are set to the correct font, but they aren’t working. I do not have an active working cache plugin on the site, either.
I posted on your support forum, but it doesn’t update/display the info, and when I try to post it again, it tells me that it is duplicate content.
That’s why I am here bugging you.
