Thanks for the message! The 503 error generally appears from the hosting server and can be sorted out by looking into the server logs. A Google search for the issue identification and fix could be helpful.

Hello.
I downloaded the latest version and tried installing it on a fresh WP install. I tried importing the demo data for quite a couple of times, but every time it ended up giving some errors and warnings. Additionally, some parts on front-end are showing the shortcodes instead of the original output. Please take a look at these 4 screenshots:

I purchased this template LESS than 30 days ago for $39 and now you have it for $20.. I spent $19 dollars more and this goes on sale for less in less than 30 days?? That does not feel very fair!!
Thanks for the message! We apologies that the theme promo price was $29 until the v2.0 release. After the v2.0 release then the promo price we upgraded to $39. We never set $20 for the WordPress version of the StartNext but the HTML and React Next version price is $20.

I have a number of challenges with the theme; 1. The domain search option button doesn’t have options to edit it so one can’t actually search for domains. 2. The colours to choose from are limited, can’t find option for custom colour. 3. WPBakery is out of date 4. The StartNext theme options admin dashboard feels/looks incomplete, it is as if something is missing as the current available options are Header editing, Blog, Social Links and 404 Page. I bought the most recent version last week.

About the domain live search feature, this needs to integrate based on the third-party service provider requirements for your domain hosting website. The theme couldn’t be covered this as the scope of the search integration quite varies from the individual third party domain search provider i.e. API access.
We are going to have unlimited color choosing option in the next week updates and will have the wpbakery plugin also updated. We would appreciate if you please send us email to hello@envytheme.com with suggestions for the theme improvements so, we can try improving the theme to the best level!

One of the simplest ways of doing this is the addition of the search action url which is currently missing from the element “domain search”. Most wp themes with a domain search feature will have this as an option. As it is currently designed your element does not have a target where it is supposed to send data. Kindly check my email on request for support and how you can solve this for all of us.
Search action url function should be added to your domain search element as shown here. https://prntscr.com/og10vv . Without it this theme can’t be used effectively as a hosting theme.

Hello! my client asked me to install your theme for him and i faced some issues like multi language not working i did translated the theme for him using loco plugin but when calling the translation it does not load! guess the call function isn’t declared in the theme maybe ?

Is your theme compatible with LocoTranslate? I’ve translated “Live Preview” string from single-project.php and “Live Preview Link” from cmb2.php. Translation files are in themes/startnext/languages/ First translation is not working on frontend and suprisingly the second translation works in backend. What is the correct way to translate your template? I’m using startnext-child theme as well.

To update the website with the new theme version, need to replace the existing theme version by the latest version and then have to import demo data. Once the demo data import done then the new hosting demo can be found in the pages section.
The demo data import will replace existing content of the website. Please take the existing website including database backup before proceeding to the StartNext v2.0 updates.

Hello, I can not import the sample data, it gives me the following error Try the automatic and manual form, same error in both “Error: error (500)”
Thanks for the message! Could you please check the website error logs to get the info about the server 500 error? The demo data import works smoothly without any error and that could only take few seconds to finish the import process.
Please make sure you have read the theme documentation and followed the steps from there. And please let us know what you have found in the error logs via email hello@envytheme.com then we can share the next steps.

Hello, I’ve been editing our page using the WPBakery Page Builder that’s included, but now I get this error when I try to edit in WPBakery:

Thanks for the message! This wp bakery page builder related issue might be happening due to the browser cache. We can suggest trying by signed out from the website and then remove browser cache and then restart the browser. If you are using any CDN then the cache also could affect where refreshing the CDN cache for the domain could help.
