It would be better if more senarios of templates can be added, such as situations with header fixed or not fixed. Further more, I would suggest to use `position: -webkit-sticky; position: sticky; top 0;` for sticky header, then the main content don’t need `margin-top: 60px`, otherwise, with current implementation, there might be some issues with some other plugins, for example, bootstrap-datepicker, there will be an offset been added to the popup window anchor. Sometime the popper plugins also has same kind of issue.
