Hi, Thanks for contact with us. yes, we include the WPBakery page builder into our themes. when you install the theme in the top section of your dashboard showing a notification to install all required plugins. also you find the plugin inside our theme (inc -> plugins) folder. if you need more information please let us know. we are happy to assist you.

Hi, In this version of Rounding theme, there are no options to disable the slider on mobile devices via the options page. you need to do it manually via CSS. if you want we send you the CSS line.

Of course I have the plugin installed to use the limited customization options. https://gyazo.com/162e027c9d4d9f1b9b650d3bb80df51c I sent a pdf to you on August the 7th with screenshots of the typography settings in the plugin. Your statement of having the ability to set fonts in this section is still not there. Also, In the same pdf, I sent a screenshot of the general settings page where the logo is defined/uploaded. If you change the logo, it will not go to the new logo. It has hard coded the url of the first logo uploaded. I had to ftp into my files and upload the new logo with the same name as the old logo. A work around, but thought you should know for future issues with other customers.

Hi, We check your screenshot. you installed the latest version of the theme but you install old plugin version. when you activate the latest version of the theme you need to update the Rounding Master plugin also.

When you activate the latest version of Rounding Theme you need to activate the latest plugin also. When you activate the latest theme go to your plugin section and delete the old Rounding Master plugin & activate it again. we hope you find all the options for more details please check the attached screenshot.
