This is the general theme bug, I wish to submit, but your support ask me to pay money. Wordpress theme all is perpetual license. Just first time meet this kind of useless theme
i am very disappointed with this theme we purchased considering one of the highest priced theme in themeforest! They theme was built with your own elementor widgets, and it is really limited in options to edit it worst some of it is buggy. you should have used the elementor own widgets or built a good quality widgets, we can’t use the theme and used hello elementor instead, please do your best to refund us. thank you
i just need a refund, as i really did not like how the theme works. I have experienced using jupiter-x custom elementor widgets, and it is so much better and user friendly, it is working without bugs too. I can’t use your rhodos theme as it is not user-friendly as advertised.

HI. Thank you so much for the theme. I have a problem where I select the logo several times and save it and still asks me to insert the logo. The process is not saved. I also have a problem with Safari Browser and Google Chrome where the theme is not displayed properly. Only FireFox works fine. www.adserve.com.sa

Most likely the issue is related to the permalinks structure. Please navigate to Settings > Permalinks and click Save changes button, it should fix the issue.

Hi there, thank you for your kind response! I have another question for you…I managed to add a custom font to the theme using the dedicated tab. However, though I can see it loaded when surfing the website on my pc using Chrome or Microsoft Edge, the custom font is replaced with the default one (Barlow) when I test the website on my mobile phone. Maybe it’s because I’m on localhost?

I tried different webfont generator, but I still have this issue: I can properly display the custom font on PC, but not mobile (tried different browser on multiple phones). I don’t know what I’m doing wrong.
