Hello, I need to know that, is this theme fully compatible with latest version of wordpress(5.3.2)?, because i am facing many issues with woo commerce section, my plugins are not working properly.

Hello Scott, I’m loving your theme, however, I’m having few problems with it, like the product filter not working (even in the demo), some woocommerce plugins don’t work and responsivity not working correctly. I noticed that the last update in the theme was over one year ago, are you planning to update it in the near feature to correct these issues? Thank you very much.

I really angry with that, it is not easy to set up Demo. Finnally, when I imported the Demo, there is mass up with the navi-menu and the Revolution Slider also Error!!! I want to refund my money!!!

Ok please check that the sliders have imported correctly and are added to the page.
no they are not imported. Other pages have error considering the slider, BUT the content is there in other pages. So is it really related to slider? i posted this on support forum! https://mikado.ticksy.com/ticket/1526700/

Sorry but i’ve had no support tickets from you and it says on here that you haven’t purchased the theme, did you purchase it from a different account ? You also posted a link to a different authors support group which makes me think you might of confused me for a different author ?

Does Sienna come with WPBakery license? It shows activated but when I try to download a template it says “failed to download template.” There’s also a new version of WPB but I can’t update it.
Hi, when plugins are bundles with themes you dont get your own individual licence. I can however provide you with the latest versions if you want to send me your email.
Help! It seems like the Sienna theme has broken? Noticed it a few hours ago but it was fine the day before. We didn’t make any changes to the site in the last day. The slider revolution is gone from the homepage, the menu is text and listed to the left in blue, and the product page is also messed up. Was there any updates that was made in the last day?
