We use the Extra Theme from Elegant Themes and we are looking for a new and more attractive theme.
I’m very interested in two of your themes: Himmelen and Bjorn, with a preference for Himmelen. From Bjorn, I liked the Instagram plugin on page bottom. Is it possible to put this on Himmelen?
I’d like to know too if there is a control to do not repeat posts on a page. Some themes publish a post on a slider and repeat it in the page body on a category section (for example). Our actual template control this.
We have posts written using DIVI Builder plugin. You know if is there some incompatibility? Initially, I can’t see any issue, but I thought that was important to ask.

Hello, 1) Himmelen is more old theme and does not have instagram integration in footer, but you can add it by editing theme template code and adding instagram shortcode to desired location. 2) You can’t exclude posts from slider if they added to blog in this themes. 3) Usually theme bundled builders works correctly only with themes where it’s included. But if builder just some well know plugin with another name (many themes include Visual Composer with their own name for ex.) it will work correctly.

2. Regarding repeated posts, I don’t want to exclude posts from the slider, I want these posts don’t appear on body repeated, in other words, the post appears just one time in the page. There is any control?
3. DIVI Builder now is selling as an independent plugin, as WPBakery. So, I believe that we probably will not have problems. If I buy the theme, can I test?
My goal is to have a more clean layout for our website – vivaovinho.com.br – and faster response. Something near blog.hubspot.com.
I identified on Himmelen some interesting objects, mainly that allow putting three posts side by side with different presentations, as we can see on Main Demo after Slider and Popular Posts section near the footer.
By the way, Can I customize the elements’ position and category for this group, right?

1) As you can see by release notes theme just get large update month ago, so age is not a problem.
2) I understand this, sorry there is not option for this.
3) Unfortunately you can’t test theme before purchase, this is not allowed. If they declare any theme support you should not have any problem with builder.
You can’t customize elements positions (without changing code and styles), this theme is not a page builder based theme, you configure homepage in theme settings, not in builder.

I understand, unfortunately you can’t get refund if item does not meet your expectations or does not have some functions that you think it may have. You see all theme features before purchase and can ask us about some specific function if you don’t see it in demo before buy. After you bought item you can’t get refund if item works fine.

2) This is just HTML block, you can add any manual HTML content/shortcodes here and create any layout (using Custom CSS and Boostrap 3 HTML markup).
3) This is your blog listing (all site posts from WordPress). You can include/exclude some categories by adding hook in Child theme – https://premium.wpmudev.org/blog/one-category-wordpress-homepage/
4) If you know how work WPQuery you can change our code to show posts by other criteria here (or you can order our modification services).

Beware when updating your theme to 2.0.1 because it will break all the fonts and your website’s style will revert to arial.
Hello, looks like you did not read theme release notes file. It’s clearly stated that you need to reconfigure theme settings after update to 2.0 from scratch – https://take.ms/6r2N7 (screenshot). All fonts works correctly if you updated theme correctly.
Thanks for this, I would suggest to rename “release-history.html” to “update-instructions-release-history.html” or similar. I went straight to “Documentation !!! READ FIRST!.txt” which pointed to index.html to look for instructions. Just didn’t occur to me that update instructions are available in release-history.html. Perhaps some other users are experiencing similar mishap in searching for update instructions. Thank you.

Is there there a way to get or retrieve the Custom CSS from Theme Control Panel which needs to go to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS for the 2.0 version. I was running an older version but have updated the theme files so now the Custom CSS is empty. Thank you.
Hello, after theme update all options will be blank and you need to reconfigure theme. You can’t retrieve Custom CSS if you don’t saved it before update, because it’s simply erased.
The issue I’m seeing is that fonts/styling doesn’t work after updating despite being selected in theme control panel. Is there a CSS code you could share to enable font/styling of the theme after the update? I assume the code goes to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS for the 2.0+ version. My question is basically, how to enable styling/font of the theme after updating and old 1.2 version to 2.01? (after the update all the styling is missing)
You need to select your fonts in theme control panel and resave control panel changes. Make sure you cleared all site caches after this. You don’t need to add any custom css for this. If this does not help you need to contact our support for help (you need to prolong your support period for this).
Thanks, resolved via your support. Actually the issue was caused by SSL and not the theme. For those who are seeing fonts styling issue try changing your URL from http to https in your theme settings (assuming that you have SSL already).

Unfortunately we does not used plugins like this before, I can’t suggest some. All well coded plugins will works fine with our theme.

I think you will not find theme with this feature “in the box”. This is very special and unusual requirement for WordPress (almost nobody need it). You will need to use plugin in any case, and plugin (and functionality) like this may be not exist for WordPress at all, because its very uncommon for WordPress blog website.
