Hello, In your Weather Widget integration there is no option to change the laguanje. I if get my API, I can add to the API call the param =?lang{es} but In your integration there is only possible to put the APi KEY. Please, can you tell me where is teh code to add my API call or modify it? or… if you have another solution I apprecitae it. Thanks and best!

Please note that this theme comes with Edge Product List Carousel element and that will be looking like thin on front-end > http://postimg.cc/njYrxvPY

So you can create desired layout shop page by using some of WP Bakery shortcodes (elements) → http://postimg.cc/Lg810C8Z but

Regarding to default Shop page (defined in WooCommerce > Settings > Products) you can choose desired custom widget area for that page, but please note that this generated page use some predefined layout and there is no option to add some content above or below the generated content (product list).

​Hi, we are using Journo with woocommerce memberships plugin and this plugin generate a custom post excerpts, that appear no compatible with search results in journo, my question is if there are any way to solve this problem or how i exclude the excerpt from search results, in this case i only need the title of the post.

The only solution for this is to hide the post excerpt from the search result page. You can achieve it using the following CSS code:

.search.search-results p.edgtf-post-excerpt {
    display: none !important;
}

Just put it into Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS

No matter what changes I make to the code I get the same wrong menu and page on my mobile device. And yes I refresh the device and force a new load. The non-mobile (computer) version works fine. The mobile menu does not match what is set in the code. It just doesn’t respond. Help. I need this to work on my mobile devices. I disabled pop-up yet it still pops up on mobile device. It shows the same page every time no matter what menu selection I make. HELP

It seems your theme version is wordPress 5.1.x. Would it be okay if i use the latest version of wordpress; 5.2.2? or do i need to find lower version?

Since WordPress recently released new 5.2.2 version, we have tested our themes, and there shouldn’t be any compatibility issues. So you can update Wordpress to version 5.2.2.

we are unable to edit any pages now as soon as we click on ‘Edit page’ , it gives ‘page not found’ error (screenshot provided)

i have then updated the theme and all plugins but still it doesn’t work

i check all the plugins by activating and de-activating them and found that as soon as ‘edge news’ plugin is actviated, we are unable to edit any page

problem is with this plugin, current version of edge news is Version 1.0.2

It is possible that you made some changes with permalinks, so you should navigate to Settings > Permalinks and click on the ‘Save Changes’ button. You can also try to choose different permalink format.

Hello guys. We have developed a website with your theme but in version 1.2 we encountering some problems with speed. We installed Query Monitor and we find out that in some Slow queries, postmeta table is inserted double (in a post page). Probably this is by mistake. In the newest version, is this fixed? Thanks for your answer. We have updated to the latest version but yet the problem doesn’t fixed. Finally, we discovered that the problem is on the widget we used for sidebar. This is the widget Edge Layout 6 Widget when we choose to show trending posts first

I love the theme but i have experience fatal error whenever i tried to update the theme. Error message: Fatal error: Call to undefined function journo_edge_create_wp_widget() in /home/c9lanes8/public_html/wp-content/themes/journo/framework/modules/widgets/lib/widget-loader.php on line 9.

Please note that we changed some files in our Core (Egde CPT) plugin in the latest theme update, so it is very important to delete the old version of Core plugin through FTP before upadating the theme. After successful updating, you should login to wp-admin panel and go to plugins and install and activate Core 1.1

Hello. I’m using your theme and unfortunately my support has expired but I just had a super quick question about the Instagram feed widget.

I’m trying to get the Instagram widget to work in my footer. I’ve connected to Instagram in the options and I’ve filled out the widget including setting the cache to 600. It’s still not showing up. Any help with this would be appreciated. Thank you!

Can I change my header logo url, I would like to put custom URL in logo, not the homepage.

This would either require changes in template files or some custom JS for that matter. We can only show you where you can find the file, however we won’t be in a position to modify our theme on demand, sorry about that.

In either way, you can locate logo markup in

wp-content\themes\journo\framework\modules\header\parts\logo.php

Cannot rate this theme apparently because the theme was purchased from client’s account, but I want to praise the support. I placed three tickets and got clear replies to each of them. All three times, I was looking for the right php file to edit for extra customization.
