My portfolio simply disappeared. Not only is it not on the web but the “portfolio” section of the wordpress menu is also missing. I’ve updated the theme and the plugins, but it’s still the same. Before seeing this failure I did not do anything on the web.

Hi there, trying to customize the look (already did) and text of the Woocommerce OUT OF STOCK Badge, tried out a lot of code snippets which seem to work for other people but not for me. now I guess that has something to do with my theme (notio). Is there any badge plugin, that is known to work for this with Notio? Or can you tell me where you guys define the Out of Stock Badge text? Have a great day, Silan

First, I just want to say that the Nordic demo is super lovely and I hope to use it for my site! I just had a couple of questions before I buy it (apologies, I am a beginner and there may be obvious answers to my questions):
1. On the home page, under the gallery section, I see a button to “Load More”, but would prefer that button to go to a gallery page. Is that possible? 2. Relatedly, in all of the demos, it looks like when selecting “Projects” from the menu, you can only select to go to an individual project, but I would like to have a gallery. Possible? 3. In terms of the Blog page, is it possible to have a sidebar layout with a search bar and tags that can be selected to filter the posts?

Hey guys, so when using Notio with the plugin Germanized some shop functions make funky things. - When I click on the cart, the slider comes in from the side and there are a few rows of text in the bottom where the buttons are and these rows are lying on top of each other (its a Vat calculation and a shipping time notice or something like that). - The Place Order Button at the end of the payment process has no text, it is just green
Do you have an idea where I could look for the solution? I’d appreaciate if you can you point me in a direction or have an idea how to solve this.

I have the following trouble with displaying of text and buttons:
– If you go to https://www.silanbekjarov.com, put a product in the cart and then click the cart symbol in the top right, the slider comes in from the right side and in the bottom where the buttons are there are some extra lines generated by the plugin, which are shown on top of the Subtotal Line. How can I make sure, that the theme respects those extra lines and adapts accordingly?
– Also the very final “Buy Now” button at the very end of the Checkout process has a different formatting than the previous button (“Proceed to Checkout”).
Do you have an idea what the reason is, what could be a solution? I have been customizing css files in the past but I really am no code-wonder so basically I google everything and put it together, but with this problem it seems like this could be changed with a few lines and I’d really appreciate some direction as to where to look / change (which file exactly)

@fuelthemes I just looked at your Notio Demo and was surprised to find, that the text formatting for the “Proceed to Checkout” Button (Cart Page) and the “Place Order” Button (Checkout Page) are indeed different. The Place Order Button is way smaller than the Proceed to Checkout Button Text. Wouldn’t it make sense to make both Buttons look the same? So at least one of my problems is not a problem that I created. 
Hi there, for the cart issue, you would need custom css to make the image bigger like .widget .product_list_widget a .wp-post-image, .widget .product_list_widget a .attachment-woocommerce_thumbnail { max-width: 70px; }
The checkout button issue will be fixed on next version.
I am no coder, I have to say that as a disclaimer but I fixed both problems over the customizer additional css like this: EDIT: code does not work in the comments sorry!

I have been trying to update my website after a couple of years. I have re-dowloaded the theme files, but apparently visual composer is not there anymore. Am I doing something wrong?

Hi there, the plugin is inside your theme folder notio-wp/inc/plugins. You can use Plugins > Add New to install the zip file.
I have a valid envato license code that I purchased in 2015 but I cannot activate the theme to import the demo content, it keeps saying ‘invalid’.
Also I cannot post a support ticket on your system, it keeps saying the envato license is invalid and to purchase another one. This is incorrect, the envato purchase license never expires.

Hi there, please make sure that you are logging in with the account you purchased the theme from.
I am, I’m logging in using the Envato API. Still doesn’t work. When I try and register it says invalid domain.
In your system back in 2015, I used a different email. Since then my email has changed. This might be the reason why I can’t register the domain.
I have purchased the theme with a valid license so I should be able to get the demo content imported without registering, also there should be a .xml import file included in the package.
I need this fixed asap!

Is it posible to duplicate portfolio items?
I have Duplicate Post installed and its working on pages and post entries, but not in portfolio items…
Inside Duplicate Post plugin settings, you need to enable Portfolio custom post type.

1) On the team members -> Social icons I need another one with a globe or something to fill in there a website for each team members. Is it possible to put one there? From where? Or is it possible to change the pinterest one with a globe and fill in there the website? I searched in cpanel but I didn`t find that icon to replace it.
2) The Accept cookies button can be changed from white to orange? From where?
3) On the homepage at portfolio, the Load more button can display instead of no more posts -> no more projects? From where?

Hi! I`m really interested in your theme – Notio – Masonry Style 3 and I have a few questions before buying it.
