We want to buy the theme, we have checked out the demo. We have query before that. If a user booked a tour as a guest, then how can he manage his booking details (online payment or cancellation etc.)?
Nope, in this case, user has to register and login then do the booking so they can manage tour later.

With the last version 4.xxx, in the system discount, what you improve exactly ? We can now choose who have the discount : adult, students or children, If posible now choose discounts genre ¿? If some case, i don´t want discount aplly to children but only adults.
It’s only price breakdown visual that improved, we didn’t change the system about discounting.

I can´t provide screenshot if not exist this option. I explain you again hoep more cleary: It´s necesarry can DECIDE WHO have discount and not have general discounts. if you have a tour with adults, children. If you create discounts for this tour : You can create discounts only for adults, and discount doesn´t apply to children.
Oh ok, I understand. We will consider for this option if there’re many requests for this. At this point we don’t have plan for this yet.

I am trying to find a way to sort the categories of the tours in order of publication instead of alphabetical order as it seems that they are now ordered so that when they are published in the widgets, only the last additions are seen.
We have routes for months and now I am interested in showing: SEPTEMBER, OCTOBER, NOVEMBER AND DECEMBER. And not April, August, December, January …

I would like to publish routes for months, JANUARY 2020, FEBRUARY 2020, MARCH 2020, APRIL 2020, and that it be seen in that order and that the orfen does not start at APRIL 2020 because it is included in A or August.
Now I want to publish SEPTEMBER 2019, OCTOBER 2019, NOVEMBER 2019, DECEMBER 2019. And in this case, as I have already published APRIL 2019, it is seen first and I’m not interested.
SUGGESTION: It would be interesting to order it in order of publication, at least.

Have a problem with the Order Category tag in you recommended plugin Breadcrumb NavXT.
You can choose the main tag category in tour, BreadCrumb Navxt ignore it and take the alphabetical order.
What i can do ¿? It´s a big problem for me, must me begin/init to main tag category choosing for each tour.
Can be change something in setting nvaxt to resolve this bug ?

I got a problem after updating to WordPress 5.2.2. The Visual editor in packages section isn’t showing in backend. The tab is there but there is no content in it. Edit package also same problem. Please give a solution.
Please make sure that you update the theme to latest version in order to use with WP5.x. Also, by updating the theme, please make sure that you update GoodLayers’ Plugins as well and please clear browser cache after updating.

It will depeding your hosting provider. Please make sure your hosting allow the wordpress mail function.
- Did you fill the admin email address ( have to be different than system email ) ?
If so, could you try setting up the smtp and see if this helps.

So sorry to hear it, but we can’t help you in this problem, my advice: please clean the virus script first then download all the files and check it again with a AV, you will need also remove all the source code and reupload the source code that you have check it manual to make sure it’s clear, it’s quite big work as it will need a lot of time to do.

As your report, this is 100% false positive warning. Seems like Bkav(The one that detect as virus) is not smart enough.
BKav will detect every files that contain the word “System” as virus, in spite of, these words are not viruses at all, the detecting system is not just smart enough. And another reason that confirms false positive is that all other detectors detect our theme as clean status.
You can test it by yourself.

In include/goodlayers-core-filter.php on line 349 and 351 All ‘system’ words in the admin panel setting string.
Just remove these words and zip the file and run the test again. Now BKav will return clean status.
