Hi, we just bought the Wookie Shopify theme to develop a website with one Home Page + three Landing Pages + Catalog Page + FAQ + one Instructions Page + two Terms & Conditions pages. Yet, we are not able to create pages with sections used by the Home Page, although we tried all available templates. How can we create a simple page besides the home page that use regular sections such as banners?

1) Yes, all apps are included in the source (besides multilanguage app Weglot – we can provide 20% discount for its usage).

2) We are using scripts/js from slider revolution. We don’t have separate app of it.

Thank you for the interest to our theme. 1) Do you want to set currency based on customer’s IP? We don’t have such feature.

2) Referring icons, we are using icon font – https://www.portotheme.com/shopify/wokiee/icons/ If you want to use any icon from it, it will be easy update – to change code in the source css. If you want to use some outside icon it will be quite difficult update.

Wokiee Portotheme Case: 51533

Your Wokiee Template is incorrectly displaying pricing on my ENTIRE internet website when ONLY viewing within the Google Chrome Browser. This pricing error does not happen in Microsoft Explorer Browser, Opera Browser or Firefox Browser or any other internet browser …. ALL of my product prices are shown correctly within these internet web browsers (Microsoft Explorer Browser, Opera Browser or Firefox Browser and other internet web browsers).

Example ….my T-Shirt’s sell for $23 your Wokiee Template is incorrectly displaying them for over $400+. Your Wokiee Template in some cases is automatically adding $3000+ to some products. This is happening on my ENTIRE website when viewing in the Google Chrome Browser. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. I have contacted your Wokiee customer service agent regarding this matter, but either she clearly does not understand the English language or she is giving me the run-around. And, YES I have removed ALL of my external apps within the Shopify Dashboard to track down this issue; earlier as requested by your customer service agent. But the problem still persists. And I have repeatedly asked your Wokiee customer agent to have the Wokiee Tech Team to investigate my ongoing “Pricing Error” problem. They do have access to my Shopify Website ….if not please let me know.

IMPORTANT: PLEASE CONTACT YOUR TECH TEAM IMMEDIATELY to resolve this ongoing nagging issue or prepare to issue me a FULL refund. I am NOT looking for a refund …. but please do not push me. Let’s resolve this quickly. Thanks.

Pertaining to Wokiee Portotheme Case: 51533 (Pricing Error Resolved)

Automatic Price Fluctuation

Today (June 27, 2019) I FINALLY accidentally solved and figured out my pricing error I was receiving on my entire website; incorrect prices. I had my pricing settings (under settings) under a different country currency (an international currency setting/mode). My settings were not set to USA currency settings or USA Pricing. This was an error accidentally created on my end and not the Wokiee Template. (End)

Yep …..I had the template currency settings incorrectly set accidentally in “Mexican Pesos” without realizing it.

Very poor support very very asked them a question and their answer was that the solution is in the settings only and did not tell me where the solution, but it only needs to work Screen Shout for the settings screen and determine where is the box that I want.

But the theme is beautiful and wonderful.

One problem was solved. The other told me that the solution was in the settings and they did not tell me where more than once you asked me in the settings. They tell me that the solution is in the settings and they say if you want to do it for you we will take the money.   What this support is Only a picture of the location of the settings is enough to solve the problem if the problem is not resolved.
