Currently users need to select a check box to agree to consent for recurring. we don’t recommend to charge customers without taking their consent upfront. But if you want to proceed you need to opt for modification as there isn’t an option for now. You can check on the Facebook community if anyone has done it. Go to the above link to find fb group.

Gal_op, we have a process for reporting, reviewing, fixing and delivering a bug fix. Normally if you have an issue/bug you open a support ticket and our support team will verify it and forward it to the QA team. But as you do not have a valid support at the moment if you report a bug as instructed above along with proof so our QA team will reproduce it and confirm and pass on to the engineering to fix it.

Share buttons feature works through submission for and not through shortcodes.

The business listing owner (each store) is able to add any item (ex. Food items for a restaurant menu) or service (ex. Automotive services) with a regular price (with sale price) and link with custom url using the Menu Management System (MMS).
But currently there isn’t an option for business listing owner to sell directly and checkout without advanced modification or integration with WC.
There is a work around that you can consider.
As an admin you can use any WordPress e-commerce extension (incl. WC, EDD, etc) and setup a shop and then add all the products on behalf of your users then…
OPTION 1: Those products can be linked with the items in the menu management system (created by business owner).
OPTION 2: Most ecommerce plugin allow SHORTCODES, so you can manually insert the products on any page, including individual listings details page (within the description box) or use widgets to show in the sidebar (If you insert in to the widget, it will be globally visible on archive or listing page but not different on individual listings).

ListingPro right now compatible with WPBakery. Make sure it’s enabled. Elementor will be available in the near future we already have it on our roadmap.
I found a solution – you have to block Gutenberg. The theme ListingPro is not compatible with the new editor, so you should write this to the clients

Pre-sale question. I am looking for a theme that will allow me to take payments for adverts loaded onto the site selling items in a particualr niche. Hi, I’ve a question about this switch “Assign plan to expired listing” in Theme Options, Listing Setting, General. I have a Free 30-Day Trail and a Paid Yearly Plan. If I enable this and select Paid Yearly, how does the user/author of a expired listing get notified and eventually pays for yearly plan when it is automatically switched from free plan to paid plan. Normally users have a FREE plan which is the default plan if a Premium Plan is expired not the other way around.
As for now if you enable this feature what ever plan you select from the dropdown will be assigned after what ever plan expires.
In the email you can include message asking user to upgrade to a premium plan.

We have an advance Menu Management system that allows Menu Groups, Types, and Items. You may be able to create a listing of a town and then do this but I am not exactly sure so can you please provide us an example of what you are looking for on another live website.

So, the case is this:
1) I want to make a website about nanny services.
2) I will have two user groups, Nannies and Parents
3) I want the nanny to register on the website, pay a subscription an after the admin approval, the nanny’s listing will be in an archive page with other nannies and filters for the parent to filter them
4) The parent must also register (free), and after the approval he would be able to see the nannies listings.
5) By any given time, the nanny must be able to login and update the profile by themself
6) Also, 30 days before the membership ends, an email must be sent to the nanny to update the subscription.
So in general, i want to make a paid nannies directory

Parents will be Visitors (Potential leads), who will contact nannies for inquiries directly if the listings are claimed (verified) by Nannies or the leads will go to the admin.

Question about search. If I have location A and B that are 10 miles apart. If I search for a specific keyword and set the location to A but there are no results shouldn’t I also see results from B as well?
If I set a location in the search will it: a) search only that location b) search that specific location and everything around that location (eg. other close locations)
Note: I have set 50 miles radius in the admin setting for the nearby location distance.

#1. Unregistered user (visitor) contact via contact form listing owner. How listing owner will be able to contact him back…
When an UN-Registered user contacts the business listing owner, the message will be sent to the listing owner Inbox (within the dashboard). You can watch the below video to see the dashboard in action. It also says on the right under the profile name “Unregistered User”.

The reply from the business owner will go to the Unregistered User’s email until the user is registered. Once registered both side communication will happen from the inbox.
#2. I would need more features in a registered profile. Business Details, vat number, etc. Can you add it?
Currently there are details such as Listing name, Email, Phone# as you can see in the above video. It will require custom modification as per your need and requirements.
But if you do decide to purchase you can open a ticket with our support team and they can let you know if they can guide you with simple instructions to modify your self or will need to opt for custom services.
