Hi
Pre question before I buy.
can you select/choose what demo content to import? For example I don’t need a store, so would rather not import all that content, same for all the headers and footers etc?
Thanks
Hi,
Thanks for your interest!
For any demo you can choose either to import full content, theme options and/or media attachments. In addition, for the main demo you can choose not to import things like products, posts, portfolio items, pages or content blocks.
Hope to see you on board!
Kind regards,
Whitebox Studio
ok
thanks for the reply.
One more question can you demo import single pages from all the available options ?
Basically I don’t want to load every single JS and CSS file for every demo option (which there are a lot)
Unfortunately, there’s no option to import separate pages, But you can import any of the available 20 demos separately.
As for the files – the number of JS/CSS files is not related to the demos you use. All the styles, designs and layouts are controlled not with predefined demo settings and files, but with flexible and customizable theme options. Based on those, the layouts and custom styles are generated. All the different demo designs that you see are generated by adjusting theme options and settings of individual shortcodes.
Cheers!
so you if you are not using a certain demo layout any JS/CSS files that are tied to that demo are not loaded ?
I’m trying to avoid loading every JS plugin / css that the theme uses
In that aspect, JS and CSS files are more functional-tied. There are base stylesheets and JS scripts, and there are those which are loaded based on whether certain elements or functions are used on a site/page. This minimizes the use of excessive resources.
At the same time, no files or scripts are tied to demos. In Scape, demos are not individual child versions of a theme with their own files or settings. They are what you can achieve with the same version of a theme. Basically, you can start with a blank site and get to a design of any of the demos by tweaking theme options and adding content to your site. That’s how Scape works, no hard-coded styles or scripts which are demo-tied.
How this answers your question
are there a lot of base stylesheets and JS scripts files loaded if you start with blank canvas ans build a simple site?
You can check the demo pages to get a n understanding of how many there are. Just don’t forget that some of them are added by the WordPress itself, and some are responsible for analytics, chat and fonts (which are optional).
ok last question, thanks for replying if I wanted to used the Modern Services layout I would have to build that right, the demo imports are only the homepages
All the pages that you see in demo will be added on demo import. Moder Services page will be imported as a part of the content of the main demo, so you will not have to rebuild it from scratch.

Hey guys. Just bought the theme, activated fine and now I’m trying to install demo content.
The ‘Main’ demo only ever gets to 2%. This is on a fresh install of WP and being that i work with WP installs for my job, this seems irregular to me.
Also, you appear unable to import more than one demo?
Help would be appreciated.
Hi there,
Can you please submit a ticket on our Support Forum. We only provide theme support there.

Do you have an Elementor version on the road map?
I really like this theme. Unfortunately WP-Bakery is theeeeeee worst!!!!!!!
I gave it a go because of this theme but after a couple of hours and going in circles I am going to have to try another theme that has Elementor as the editor.
This is truly a great piece of work.
You should think about creating an Elementor version. Also, the load speed of the editor is very very slow. I don’t regret buying the theme I just regret the fact I won’t be able to use it because of WP-Bakery.
Now, I must find a theme based on Elementor.
It was great while it lasted
.
Hi there,
Thank you very much for your feedback, very much appreciated! I’m sorry that the editor didn’t meet your expectations.
Just a hint: you are speaking about the frontend editor, aren’t you? Have you tried the backend editor – it should be faster. It’s worth mentioning that with the complexity and amount of content on a page, the speed of editor may decrease, which is logical. But the speed also depends on your system and the browser. We’ve also noticed that, for example, Firefox usually handles WPBakery editor much better than Chrome.
Speaking about adding Elementor support. Currently it’s not on a roadmap, but it’s being discussed, since we are getting such requests from time to time.
Thanks again for believing in the theme, and I still hope that it is/will be useful for you!

Can anyone confirm if Scape has the option to include a mega menu with numerous links from the navigation? Thankyou
Hi there, thanks for your interest!
Can you please explain what you mean exactly?
Are you speaking about a kind of menu that is visible in the main demo: http://themes.whiteboxstud.io/scape/main/ ?
Kind regards,
Whitebox Studio
Thanks for your reply,
Yeah, exactly like that.
So it’s a yes then
Elementor is the best system… ever! I agree with the other comments I’ve read. PLEASE consider building an Elementor version. This would be a no brainer.
Many thanks for the feedback!
We will consider adding Elementor support in the future. Cannot comment anything on the timeline though, but we read all the comments and requests, so will adjust it according to demand.
Have a nice day!

Hi there, do you offer any discount for students? I’d love to use this template through a web design course.Thanks.
Hi there and thanks a lot for your interest in our theme!
Unfortunately, individual discounts are not available, we need to stick to our pricing strategy. The only potential exception may be bulk sale.
We still hope to see you on board and hope this will not prevent you from buying the theme.
Have a nice day!

Hey.
1.) Is the landing page included, when importing the main demo?
2.) Is there a plan to implement page transitions in future updates?
3.) Is it possible to receive the .wtbx-demo-trigger element after purchase and are all necessary classes for that implemented in theme to use it as in your official demo?
4.) Are you available for paid additional freelance work if needed?
5.) When opening a contact form in a modal and submitting it, the page reloads and the user doesn’t know if it was sent, if there is any error, etc. Please fix that, as your site is not based on ajax.
6.) In cf7, are radio buttons and checkboxes styled or do you use default browser ones?
7.) Are sticky columns implemented? You use it in single projects, blog default (the date), etc. Also available in Visual Composer?
Thank you.
Hey there,
Thanks for your interest in Scape!
1) Yes, the landing page is included. 2) Yes, we plan to implement page transitions, although I cannot comment on when exactly it will be done. Next big updates will mainly include performance upgrades. 3) Just drop us a line on Support Forum, and we will provide you with HTML code. CSS in included in the main stylesheet. 4) No, currently we don’t provide customization or freelance services. 5) Contact Form 7 allows to choose whether to send forms using ajax or with pare reload. It’s just that they are not configured to use ajax in demo. 6) Yes, CF7 checkboxes and radio buttons are styled in line with theme styles. You can check how they look on WooCommerce pages in demo. 7) At the moment only sticky sidebars are available. However, we’ve been asked about sticky columns previously as well, so this one is on the roadmap.
Cheers!

Thanks a lot for the quick and helpful reply. Definitley will grab a copy in the near future.
Great to hear that
See you on board!
Hi Whitebox-Studio,
On mobile its extremely hard to swipe down past a project category filter to the projects without changing the filter and thus filtering out the projects. For some reason even the slightest touch on the side of a mobile screen when swiping down will change the filter category, which makes it almost impossible to look through projects as they change by the time u swipe down to view them.
Hi there,
I’d like to thank you for reporting this issue, really appreciated!
We’ve fixed it, so you can check out the demo again get a better experience.

Hi,
Its said that Scape theme is comaptible with WP Bakery plugin. I want to know whether the theme has an inbuilt page builder or do we need to purchase the WP bakery plugin license separately?
Hi there, thanks for your interest!
Scape has WPBakery page builder bundled, so you get the plugin itself as well, and don’t need to purchase it separately.
Hope to see you on board!
Amazed by your quick response! Thank you.
Good Job!
Thank you
Hi everyone!

When I use the “typed text / split text” effect with the WPBakery Page Builder the page returns blank. How to solve this?
Hi there,
Please take a look at your ticket. We provide technical support on our Support Forum, not in comments section.
Kind regards,
Whitebox Studio
I love Scape but it should be to improve the speed loading by optimizing js and css. Keep in mind that a site with a load of more than 2 seconds is bad for SEO.
Thanks for your comment!
Optimization of assets and the code is in fact one of the most important things on our roadmap.
However, please keep in mind that site speed is very much dependent on the server that you are running on and your hosting plan. In case of a bad hosting, no optimization can save the day
Have a nice day!
Whitebox Studio
True, hosting and image optimization is essential for web loading.
elementor?
Hi there, thanks for your interest!
Unfortunately, Elementor is not supported at the moment, but Scape fully utilizes and even enhances WPBakery Page Builder so that users get the best possible live editing experience.

Hello, can I turn this theme into multilingual, and if yes, how?
Hi there, thanks for your interest in our theme!
Scape is a multilanguage-ready theme, meaning that you can build multilingual sites with it. It comes with .pot file which you can translate manually, or use a plugin such as WPML to speed up the translation.
Scape is certified and fully compatible with WPML plugin, which is the most popular WP plugin for translation and multilanguage sites.

Hi Whitebox-Studio,
I like this http://themes.whiteboxstud.io/scape/saas/, but I need it in both wordpress and simple html5 to use in another framework.
Can you help please?
Hi there,
Thanks for your interest!
Unfortunately, all the demos are only available in WP format, so you will need to convert it to HTML yourself. Luckily, it’s not that hard to do that
