i tried sending a support ticket, I just bought this theme less than a month ago. but it says theres no registered purchase? though I have it in my account.
Anyway,
I would like to ask for assistance. I used the theme already, and used some roles plugin to determine what type of role the person is registering so i have role1 and role 2 when they register, they click on what type of role right.
so for role 1, I want it to have full capabilties, publishing forums etc. posting… and so on. (original capabilties)
as for role 2, they can only READ forums, they cannot post media, music, upload vids and audios. they can only READ and comment on posts. any ideas?

As for your question, the theme and the plugins, that come bundled with it, don’t cover such functionality. You may want to pay attention at some user role membeship plugins. Probably they can provide functionality you need.

The new youzer update is not fully working. I contacted Youzer support and they told me that my theme is rendering all youzer stylesheets outside of youzer… It’s causing CSS issues and the settings page is fully broken. When will this be fixed? This is urgent!

We are currently fixing the incompatibility issues between the theme and the latest Youzer update and are going to release the theme update this week. Meanwhile, please use the older version of Youzer (you can reinstall it by deactivating/deleting plugin and installing it again from Appearance-Install plugin). Once a new update comes up, and you update the theme – the plugin will be automatically updated to the latest version as well.

Poedit and Loco Translate serve to translate available theme strings into a different language. They don’t translate page content.
In order to translate home page, you need Polylang or WPML plugins.

Hi, Im thinking of using WP Multisite with 2 subdomains. How does the License work in that situation. Do I need 3 Licenses to use your theme on Main and the 2 subdomains? Thank you in Advance.
And one more question please. Does your theme allow to have image uploaded in activity comment replies? I know the actual youzer plugin does not have that feature yet. I was hoping you guys implemented that on your end.

1. You dont need to buy the additional licenses if it the same project/site on the subdomains. But if it will be absolutely different websites using the same theme it requires an additional license. Please refer to the article below. It includes extensive information about the license:

Thank you for your quick answers. Sorry, but one more question. Does the toolkit work with Olympus?. Im only asking because I like the functions within the toolkit as well. Ok Im a VERY confused about this mycred plugin. i see comments where you say they are included but you need to buy the $18 integration and some comments where you say you have all the plugins and some you dont.
I need to have badges/awards/points and ALSO ranks on my site. Can I do this with what I have and if not. i see this stuff in my admin panel, activated them and looks like it works.
What do I need to buy EXACTLY to have all of those working with this theme…do i need to pay for integration and plugins? which ones?

Sorry for the confusion, but we have never stated that Mycred plugin or Youzer MyCred integration are included in the theme package. We just used these plugins to demonstrate how it works with the theme and their compatibilities with the theme, but once again, it does not go with the theme. MyCred plugin is absolutely free, and users can install it as necessary. However, if you want (it’s not required) to reward users and give them points for their actions on youzer features, and set custom points for adding content and custom points for removing content of each wall post type, profile widget field, account verification, etc – you need to buy the Youzer Mycred integration (https://www.kainelabs.com/downloads/mycred-integration/).

Ok im even more confused now because I can give points and ranks in the plugins that came with this theme…what am i missing ? I have mycred badges, points and ranks all in the admin panel

My Cred Integration extension provides a widget that can be placed under the User Profile Overview tab http://prntscr.com/ognw21 We purchased it just to demonstrate this feature. But it is not necessary to buy it if you don’t need such a widget.

Hi, please advise if this theme has the following.
1. Marketplace for members? 2. Ad payment, where as members can easily pay for advertising so they can have their ads appear in the news post feeds, or any areas, admin has allocated for advertising spaces 3. Jobs posting where members can post jobs, and members can apply for them.
If not can we implement these into this theme, or do you provide this service we we can add these features to be added to our purchased theme?

The answer on all these questions is No.
I’d like to point out that Olympus is just a theme for WordPress, that covers the functionality of such plugins like Youzer, WP Bakery Builder, Woocommerce, BuddyPress, bbPress, Events Calendar.
All of the functionality present in the theme with help of these plugins is represented on the Olympus demo site. Any extra funcitonality can be achieved via some third-party plugins or extension for BuddyPress, but anyway its not theme-related question.
Unfortunately, we don’t provide customization services at the moment.

Hi, does this feam have Community marketplace, where the community can promote products to sell! Also does this theme have advertising module where the community can pay for advertising to go on feeds, and areas set by admin? if not will your company create this option as customisation.

Youzer had a massive update last week(media section, new settings style, database changes + hashtag features). Are you already working on a new update to stay compatible?. Just to know if I had to rollback to the older youzer version if it takes more time.

Yes, we are testing the theme with the latest version of Youzer. Meanwhile, you better use the older Youzer version and update the plugin together with the theme update, since it was a major update and there can be some incompatibilities with the theme.

Pretty interesting theme, though, I think what’s missing is an easy frontend option like Bimber or Boombox. That would make this theme 100% complete. I’d buy it if that ever happened.

By default, all members acquire the role of a subscriber. It doesn’t allow users to post blogs. The role can be easily changed in Settings > General section giving needed capabilities to the user. More about WordPress roles and their capabilities you will find in the article below:

I have changed user role to author/editor and other roles but for some reason It still doesnt show the admin bar for that user level so they can post a blog.
How can i make some users be able to go into back end to make a blog if i cant get the admin bar to show up for users?
my hide admin bar for members is not checked so its not that.

Some of our customers use ultimate membership pro plugin, and they haven’t reported any issues concerning compatibility with the theme.
You can change colors via color options inside Customize panel.
