Hi, i am interested in the furniture sales version of this theme but i need to know if i can customize the product detail page to have more variations and picture of the same product.
i mean when i open a product details page. i want to see images of say another color or texture of the same product. Can i do that with this theme?

Hello, I have just bought inteco and installed it on wordpress 5.2. For some reason whenever I try to publish or update the page I receive “Unhandled promise rejection” error in console log while 404 response on ajax request. I have deactivated all the plugins except for goodlayer’s plugins. I was able to narrow it down to Good Layers Core plugin. When I deactivated core plugin it started working properly. After thorough testing I found that page data is being updated along with page meta but good layer’s meta is not updating. Can you please me out here?

Hi, I tried to put my purchese code for Slider revolution, but told me that it’s wrong. I always find it in license certificate of theme (Inteco), is it different for this theme?
The purchase code for slider is not necessary. It’s used for auto updater. However, the slider that’s included in this theme is being used as ‘Extended license’, it’s considered as a bonus file which doesn’t support auto updater. If you need to use auto updater, you have to purchase slider’s regular license separately. But as I said, It’s not necessary, you can still use slider that come with the theme like its’ regular license and we still keep pushing slider’s update in future theme’s version as well 
ah ok. I asked that because I don’s see the pre built pages. Every pages that I have is empty. And I thought the problem was the failure to install the sliders. Why I don’t see the pre built pages?

I imported all the slides in the download theme file, but it doesn’t allow me to make them visible (mobile/desktop etc). So I don’t see them in the front end. How can I do?
Hi, You can do that by adding the Revolution Slider element in the page-builder.
Import one of the ‘homepage’ templates in the page-builder to see how this is done on the demo.

Sorry about this concern. I’m quite sure that the theme itself doesn’t take much effect on this but our server itself. Sometime our server works very hard so it can slow down the performance and the main point is about the location of accessing.
If you buy the theme and place in your server, it will be much faster
We only provide refund if the theme doesn’t work as shown in the demo site but not about the speed but I can assure as mentioned about that it will be much faster on your server.

Hi, just bought the inteco theme. Like it a lot. But for some reason i can`t use the visual composer. It tries to open but get stuck in the process. Now i have deleted it. Wanted to reinstall it and see if that would help. but now it says that i have to buy it. What do i do how can i get this to work.

Hello, i have built a website with using tour theme and now i when i make any changes in the back end it doesnt reflect on the website. i tried different browsers and cleared catch. i refresh the page and the changes i made arent even in the back end either. for example adding or removing photos from gallary.
Please make sure that you update the theme to latest version in order to use with WP5.0. Also, by updating the theme, please make sure that you update GoodLayers’ Plugins as well and please clear browser cache after updating.

Hi guys, your Goodlayers Core plugin doesn’t activate – it gives a ‘fatal error’. This is v1.4.5. I grabbed a copy of your theme before you updated it for WP5.0 as per notes above, and I can see this plugin was 1.4.1 in the earlier version of your package. I suspect your WP5.0 fixes have broken the plugin in v1.4.5.
Have to say, I’m a little disappointed so far, and I haven’t even started customising yet. After the errors with your WPv5 fixes, I’m running with your earlier theme and the classic editor plugin to avoid Gutenberg.
I build sites daily, and install/configure premium themes all the time, and progress is slow here. I’m running a demo import, but it’s super-slow. I abandoned the full demo import due to the time taken, had to restart apache and rollback the database.. I’m now trying the ‘lite’ import, and I’m at 30% after 20 mins. It’s grinding Chrome, which is now slowing to a crawl while the import takes place, and I have a powerful dev machine. Goodness knows what’s being imported where it takes an hour to complete.
Just feedback guys, hope you take it in the spirit it’s intended so you might improve the import. Once I’m in and can evaluate the theme I’ll be happy to report back and give positive comments if the theme warrants it.
Thanks for your feedback. Regarding importing demo, normally this depends on the server. We have tested on several and mostly take only 2-4 mins. However, if you’re setting localhost, it will takes quite long time.
Regarding, WP5.0 error, can you please share the screenshot of error that you get? (Also can you try to clear browser cache again and see if it’s fixed or not?)
With WP5.0 – at our agency, we have a ‘base install’ we clone for client sites. This was WP4.9.8. I upgraded to WP5.0, installed your theme, and as mentioned above your Goodlayers Core plugin doesn’t activate – it gives a ‘fatal error’ in \goodlayers-core\framework\function\media.php, line 185 I think. I don’t have the exact error message now unfortunately. This is v1.4.5 of that plugin.
I then rolled your theme back to your ‘pre WP5.0’ version on my WP5.0 install, and everything activated. So far so good. Unfortunately your page builder then didn’t work – double clicking on an element didn’t open up the options. No dev tools console error was displayed. I tried installing the ‘classic editor’ plugin as recommended by WP to suppress Gutenberg in WP5.0. Your page builder still didn’t work.
I then started again from the beginning – set up a WP4.9.8 install, used your ‘pre WP5.0’ theme, left the import to run, and the theme is working fine now. After playing around a little, credit where it is due, your theme is working great – lots of theme options, and the page builder is working well. It looks like you just need some work on your WP5.0 compatibility.
I still maintain your import was slow – we have a fibre connection. Localhost shouldn’t matter, it’s running as a fast server on a fast connection. Perhaps your server where I was importing FROM was running slow? – again just some feedback.

Regarding WP5.0 issue, is it possible to set up another site on your server(test site perhaps) and install latest version of the theme for us so we can inspect directly into the issue on your server. At this point we couldn’t see this error from our end.

I wanted to just comment back as promised, in fairness, to say your theme is great now I have it up and running. The page builder is intuitive, comprehensive, as are your theme options. I’ve not had any further problems, and aesthetically it’s great too.
