Hi, I’m still waiting for your reply. My website is not looking good while someone visit to my website the menu is not fixed at one place. plz, do fast. As you send me the steps I also follow the same but the menu bar is not behaving properly how can I resolve. screen recording is not uploading how can you check. open this website on your mobile in incognito and you can see the problem the menu bar showing in the center. I send this message in your support ticket but i don’t get any reply that’s by i just writhed here and this is not the first time this is the 5 time. If you can’t fix this problem then please i want my money back.

We have a problem about multilingual website. We use polylang plugin, when we add page for different language, media content url change and add language sluf like /en before wp-content/uploads/../ . So images not shown on website. How we can solve this problem? I cant find anything here or support forum

i read somewhere in the comments that on a local site you dont have to activate the license to use the download importer. I have tried that on the app local by Flywheel but I have to activate the license before I can use the importer. Although it is a local website. Any solution for this problem?

Afetr activation, you can post a tricket in our support forum and ask for a license deavtivation. We will deactivate your previous activation immediately.

I know how to activate and deactivate a license. But thats not the point. I want to have a local testenvirnoment, therefore I use the app Local by Flywheel. I read in the comments that you dont need a license activation in a local wordpress installation but that is not the case. I cant use the importfunction without activating the license.

Please post a ticket in support forum and mention this reply, we can provide you a solution for activating your license on your local environment at the same time.

Please update to the latest version. navigate to menu page and add a “page” to menu items, there is an new menu item option “ID/Anchor” insert your preferred anchor in this field.

Hi, “New version available. Update now ” is only available on the Child Theme and if Update now is clicked all new theme files are loaded to Child theme folder and the site not working properly any more. I disabled all other plugins and the update option still not available for the main theme. Disabled the Phlox Pro and installed “Divi” and a Divi child theme, and there is no problem with Divi as Divi theme update option is available for the main Theme, not for the child theme. So, I am pretty sure that the issue is not related to Wordpress install or plugins. Can you please let me know what to do to fix this problem. Thanks

I am facing a very bad bug (http://support.averta.net/en/ticket/site-scroll-by-its-self-on-mobiles/) and I have reported it already a month ago to the support forum. The team replied but they provided a solution which is, even to a non-profi like me, clearly not the right one. I had to ask a friend for some help and he found the source of the problem, which I forwarded to the team to make their life easier. What happened next? They stopped replying a week ago!

I am very sorry to say it but the support is by far the worst I have experienced. I loved the theme from the very first moment and I directly bought two licences. I would like to stay with you and suggest the theme to my few customers but not like this. You must improve the responding time and please do something about the qualification of the people behind the support.

I activated this on Localhost, when I loaded it onto Server, I get an error. I cannot de-activate it.

How do I de-activate it so I can start over again?
