I was wondering whether once i buy i can upload the them to word press and have all the items the way they are appearing then i just start changing to what i want. Good day, is it possible to switch off the reservation availability bar / system in the rooms and only use a system like Free to Book? Which direct to Booking.com, Expedia etc. In this case we don’t have to use more than one calendar anymore

no customer database yet? so regular customer don’t need to fill in reservation, and they can get coupon

We can help disable our booking system and place a 3rd party booking widget in its place. Have not tested it with your particular booking service though, it should work fine if they provide a HTML code that your can embed on your site.

There is an issue with the theme, My support has expired as i can see but i have contacted my host and tech support, and they are saying that there is an issue with the theme. When visitors try to visit the booking page (system) it wont allow and it shows message that there is a technical issue with the page. I can not access the wordpress dashboard when your theme is activated. and Now my technician deactivated the theme and plugins so i can log in to wordpress. when i try to activate you theme I receive a message saying that there is a technical fault.
It was working perfectly. I have not done any changes to the website since april and suddenly this happened. may you please see whether there is an issue or any updates required? thank you and I appreciate it

I’ve been trying to add Paystack, a Nigerian payment gateway, for a client using your theme. So far, I have made very little progress. All your existing payment gateways use forms which you have already put it in. Is there a way to use callback URLs, as Paystack makes use of those?
Or could you just release a general guide on how to add payment gateways, as I see a lot of people asking for the same thing.

include/stripe-payment.php, include/gdlr-booking-item.php ( search for the word “stripe” ) framework/plugin-option.php ( the option is created here )
file to see how stripe is integrated in to our theme for this.
Guys dont bother in buying this theme, payment integration is crap and the author doesnt want to give us a solution for new stripe regulations coming in 15 Sep 2019, the Stripe SCA.. you know this is a new law regulation and in your theme the stripe have no options at all, my client is very upset..
This is the author team answer about updating the stripe payment method so it can be compilant with the new SCA regulations.. : “Sorry but currently we don’t have plan for this yet.”

Please download the latest version of the theme, unzip the package and go to folder “GoodLayers Plugin”, you will see the file Master Slider.txt You can get it form there.
Could this be used as a portal for users or home owners, from anywhere in the world, to submit their properties for occasional rental (like renting a room for two weeks vacation in California, NewYork, Paris for example)? Payment will be made on the website and a percent of that payment will be collected for the service offered.

Sorry, the theme is not built with that in mind. We do provide a separate role called ‘Hotel Manager’ that can be used only to add rooms/properties, but there’s no percent payment option.
On our system ical sync from other portals doesn’t work. We checked with different portals booking.com, homeaway, ferienhausmiete, expedia.. and also with a google calendar. Although we can open them and import them into other applications, they don’t appear on our website.

We are experiencing an issue with hotel rooms in different languages. We use WPML for translation management. We recently noticed, that each language of a single room has a single ID and is managed separately as if they where different rooms. As we use the ical sync, this lead to overbooking yet.

I tried to translate some texts, for example:
1. Choose date , 2. Choose Room, 3.. Make a Reservation, 4 Confirmation
AND
Check details inside the slider with all rooms (home page)
But nothing changed.
I also tried to translate the text inside the code but nothing changed too. I want all texts to be in German language.
Could you help me to change them? Maybe cache issue? But I have already cleared cache and nothing changed.

Is there a setting to prevent same day arrivals for bookings? For example, at least 2 days advance notice before guest arrival.
