Hi, I already sent an email for support but I haven’t gotten any reply. So I’m going to post my issue here once again.

I’m trying to create a tag link to add a variable product into the cart and take the user straight to the cart page.

This is what I have [my_domain_url]/cart/?add-to-cart=817&variation_id=831&attribute_pa_location=toronto&quantity=1

After it’s added to the cart, and then you proceed with the checkout, the price doubles. And if you go back into the cart, it says the item has been added twice. I have troubleshooted this by disabling all plugins and the problem persists, so it’s not a plugin issue.

The only way to fix this, is to switch to a different theme. I changed to WordPress 2017 theme, and it works perfectly. But when I switch back to Industrio, this happens again. Please help. I’m too far into the project to change themes now. I did some research online and some people say it’s because of the Ajax function of the theme. However, there’s no option to disable it in the theme.

Hi, thank you for the theme. I have installed it and imported all the demo content. However, when I try to use visualcomposer’s editor to create new content, the proper layout is not being rendered.

For example, when I try to setup a 2-column layout, or 4-column, etc, it just shows content in full width one after the other vertically. It’s not displaying the split columns per row.

I forwarded a series of emails shthemewp@gmail.com to the responsible person regarding a series of problems that find this template and until now he did not answer me. Please respond to me as soon as possible!

Industrialo2 theme has color problems. When you choose custom main preset color it doesn’t change anywhere throughout the website.

Hi I bought the theme today. After install the theme, I want to change the logo in the header place, I mean the logo2-1.png. I make try to upload our brand logo at the theme options>header options, but it seems did not work. The logo place is still Industrio (logo2-1.png). And we can not find where to change the a link of this logo. Could you please advise where are the places to make changes and updates?

I have errors 503 and 404 when wanting to post a new page. It does not let me choose a prominent image of the page. I can not change the header image of the internal pages.
