It should be possible – as far as we know, ActBlue Contribution forms are hosted on ActBlue Servers and you can define Preset Donation amounts on them – so if you create several forms with several preset donation amounts on ActBlue, you will be able to link the buttons within the theme to each of the forms on ActBlue.
