Hi, My prestashop version is ps 1.7.6. My current theme is 4.2.2. I did upgrade to 4.3.0 and saved the themeeditor, refreshed and deleted the cache, yet the tthemeeditor contnues to show 4.2.2. I repeated many times without success. Thank you for your feedback.
you had to upload into wrong directory/not replace files
I did load the right file “4.2.2 – 4.3.0. Everything was done correctly and nothing was replaced. I have always upgraded my website without issues. thanks

Let me point this out to make sure we are on same page regarding this issue 4.2.2 – 4.3.0 file folder has two folders in it, “Modules” and “themes” folders. In the modules folder are three folder “elementor”, “themeeditor” and “revslider” in the theme folder is “warehouse” folder. Is something missing that may cause the issues? thanks

no nothing is misisng, there is no other explanation that that files were no replaced correctly, maybe you put your all files in themes folder instrad of main folder of ps

I have issues with ThemeEditor. The live editor does not work correctly. Each time a change is saved, it awaits a response for a long time, about 2 or 3 minutes. It is not a question of extending the support, the product cannot work that badly. It is a problem of the source code of the product sold by you. The following error appears in the log file:

In the Fully featured product (with rich description) demo in mobile view is it possible to make the main mega menu fly in from the right of screen like the cart does rather than be a push down menu as it currently displays? It that configurable using the theme editor?

1. yes it possible, but menu will fly in from left side, it is configiration option in themeditor, 2. yes menu or entire header can be sticky, it is also configuraiton option

Hi. Any idea why stats aren’t working? Particularily “Online Visitors”. Seems to work whilst using default theme, but not on Warehouse. 1.7.6 and 1.7.4. Same problem on two different servers. Thanks

you need to embed them manyally in your theme and then use its css classes names
I have put the icofont files in: modules/iqitthemeeditor/views/fonts
And then I added: To the custom font face include field in the IqitThemeEditor backoffice. Shouldn’t I now be able to put the icons in my site?

We have 2 warehouse licenses and we detect a little problem in responsive version (mobile), when we clicked in header cart icon, the cart popup disappears quickly and you can´t view cart content o click in checkout.
