if a customer sends a contact message/booking to the owner of a list, will the owner of the list get a message and also will the customer also get an auto response that his get a message/booking is been processed

I’ve got a few pre-sales questions if that is ok?
We want to start using this theme to make a site for people using an RV to travel across Europe. And I’ve thought out some kind of flow I think would work for most of our visitors.
Therefore I want to ask you the following:
1. When those RV people discover nice camping grounds, they should be able to add those on the site. So other can find them on our site. Free of charge of course.
2. But a camping owner should be able to claim the listing when he sees he is listed on the site.
Also free of charge. While claiming he can choose just to claim the location for free, or buy one of some packages. Those packages are different from each other.
One is offering more fields in the listing than others and one is adding a ‘featured’ icon of some kind in the listing. Etc. As long as a locations is not claimed, and there is no paid package attached to it, it can be claimed.
3. Those packages can be chosen in the userdashboard also to upgrade a claimed listing.
4. Next some of us go to the campings too. We will visted them from time to time.
We call those ‘scouts’. And is there some option to show in a listing to the vistor we’ve actualy visited that location and we’ve given it a xxx thumbs up. When I can upload an image in the back-end for that location is enough for me.
As long as only the admin can do this and it is shown in the listing is should be fine.
5. And we over here use Ideal as a payment option for 98% of all transactions. Woocommerce does support Mollie as a payment provider. Can we use this to let visitors buy packages, promotions, ads, etc?

You can imagine with 15 demo items it looks nice and clean, but with 150+ in a tight area you can loose the orientation pretty fast…

I am interested in buying your theme to create a directory listing portal. I would like to know if your theme, there is an overwrite concept (by the time of any dupicate items listing) in listing. i.e. duplicate listing have to overwrite from different CSV files.
