The images on my website are no longer visible including on the homepage slider revolution and my logos. Can you please help?
It broke sometime while I was on vacation so I’m not sure when it happened. I wasn’t running updates or anything.

Hi there,
it looks like you are missing the markup for the content form, and you have not picked navigation.
First, make sure you have all the required plugins installed, then in Theme Options > Header > Pick the 3 navigation option.
For the contact form, make sure the Page Builder element points to a contact form that you already have.
If you still have problems with this please share your admin details via the contact form on my profile page and I will look in more detail.

Hi,
main demo mp is the demo import for version 1. In v1, all demos are bundled in one import (assets > demo > demos v1.0 > definity-wp-demo-data.xml), when the import is complete locate the Main Demo MP page and set it as a front/home page.

Hi, I’ve been trying to make my header clear just like the main demo one pager. My website seems to be short (not full width) and also not see through. Please assist.
And what are the dimensions recommended for the logo, and client logo slider? It seems that when I upload large logos it doesnt automatically shrink.
Lastly, I changed the in general i changed url of ’/main-demo-op’ to ‘home’ and set site address to ‘domain.com/home’ but when i visit site it just opens the blog page first (which im failing to remove) until i press home . which shows as ‘domain.com/home/home’.
If anything, it seems like the docs are extremely outdated as most of the screens are different to whats there now. So I had to figure out a lot as I go.
alright ignore the ‘lastly one’ i finally understood excuse me. the see through header and logo dimensions is what i need for now. and is there a way to set a maximum checkboxes ticked on the form?
ignore the transparent background, had to add custom css to it. only logo dimensions are whats needed. Sorry for seeming so puzzled at first.

To add CSS use the child theme and edit the style.css file on the child theme.

WP Bakery plugin is one of the paid plugins that you get for free bundled with the theme on a shared license. You can update the plugin when the theme update comes out. You are also free to purchase separate license of the plugin in question and be able to update it when plugin updates are released.

Been about 1 year now and i STILL cannot get the map to show on the maps page.
Have a static Maps API key and a Embed key, and have billing enabled.
Have entered the API key and the address, map doesnt show.
any ideas?
also I have embedded with HTML IFRAME and I am able to embed the map with my API key so I know my API key is working fine.

the theme was build before Google change the Google Map. Other users had success by changing settings in their Google Maps account. I don’t know exactly what settings are required but the maps is fine.
In order to look more in detail for your specific site, you need to renew the support.

Hi, I have problems with the menu bar. On demos the menu disappears when scrolling down and than it appears back in a fixed position. I don’t have this feature. My menu just disappears when scrolling down, it is just blocked at the top.
And then I don’t know how to install the Consulting Demo. In the folder I downloaded there are xml and json files but I don’t understand how to install this demo on Wordpress.

Hi, I’m working on a local server, the website is not yet online. 
For the menu: Dashboard > Theme Options > Header > Enable Sticky Navigation > ON. If you want transparency set the transparency options to ON.
For the consulting demo: check the help file – import section.
At the end of imports set homepage in Dashboard > Settings > Reading and set correct menu in Appearances > Menus

Followed the directions. Do not see the demos within the wordpress admin panel. The only viewable “site” that pops up is cluttered with html for awhile until you scroll and see regular formatting. This is probably the longest it has ever taken me to launch anything. I’m working with mamp. Never had an issue before at anytime with any other template. I basically spent 50 dollars for the Agency 2 template, the only one I wanted. If this can’t go anywhere, are refunds possible? I need to find something else. No disrespect to you at all, just have done this a ton of times and never had issues until now.
Hi there, refund is possible but “lack of skill” does not qualify you for a refund.
Here are the steps after you’ve imported the demos form v1.
1. Make sure all required plugins are installed and activated especially Definity Elements and WP Bakery Page Builder.
2. Set your front-page (home-page) to Agency 2 page.
3. Make sure Page Template is set to Visual Composer (in edit page).
4. Go and create your own menu.
5. Delete pages that you don’t need.
That’s it.

please check the help file, there is a detailed explanation how to update the theme.
Before any updates you should do full backup including the database.
If you have theme code modifications that should be in the child theme, because the theme update will overwrite them.

Hello, I can’t edit the pages in WP Bakery Page Builder, it only shows me the default back end editor, how can I fix this? Also, WP asks me to update the plugin to 6.0.3 but the theme comes with the 5.4.7 version.

The front end editor is not showing as an option on WP Bakery. The company said that this could be due to the specific theme, how can I rectify this so I have access to the front end editor?

Hi there,
yes, the front-end editor is disabled intentionally because not every element from the theme is fully compatible with the front-end editor.
You can enable the front-end editor by locating the theme file: definity/inc/visual-composer/definity_vc.php and on line 18 commenting out the “vc_disable_frontend();” but, after doing that can’t guaranty that every element will work perfectly with the front-end editor.

Hi there,
you don’t need to activate anything. You get the plugins in a bundle with a shared license and you get updates for them when the theme is updated (next week big update).
But, fell free to support the plugin developers and purchase separate license.

Hi, I have already installed Definity Theme on my WordPress site. But its the 1.0 theme and I don’t have an option to update it. So I manually downloaded the latest theme file but WordPress wouldn’t allow me to install it. I get an error the folder Definity already exists.
How can I update my old version without deleting or changing any content?

I’m developer and my client bought definity theme. In the details I see that the theme includes WPBakery Page Builder for free but it’s not activated after theme install. I followed theme documentation to install it on a fresh copy of the WordPress v5.1.1. It installer WPBakery Page Builder v5.4. Maybe I should install older version on WP. I don’t know. Is it true that the page builder is licensed in definity theme and how I can get it in the right way?
Which version of WP do you recommend/test?
