Hello, sorry that you bought our product which is an HTML TEMPLATE but you are trying to use it as a WORDPRESS THEME. It is not.a WordPress theme and we clearly mentioned everywhere in our product title and description that it is ONLY HTML..We never mentioned it is a WordPress theme. We are sorry again for your mistake and we can not do anything in this regard. Thank you for your kind understanding.
Please is there anything that can be done for me? Like a refund? So I can purchase a different theme(WP supported)

No you can not use it like that. It only provides design or structure for your site. You need to make this template dynamic by coding or hiring a programmer. Thank.
