If the image is used as background image to fully cover the screen or specified area then it cannot be visible full in all device width because as per CSS background cover property it auto resize to fit the screen and may cut some part from edges.

Yes you will need to customise the HTML code and you can add background video instead of background image there in the header section. And yes this is purely a static and plain HTML5 / CSS3 / Bootstrap4 template, so you can customise it as per your need to add existing elements or create new elements as per your custom requirements.

It seems you have not uploaded revolution folder on your server, which is the part of the template and hence your website is showing jQuery errors in browser console. So please upload that folder and then your home page will load fine.

Considering Pofo WP theme – yes you can create external link type portfolio posts and showcase those in that slider and yes there is an option to activate link on title or whole box.
