We chose Youzer plugin for our theme, which is the best social networking plugin across the market right now. But it doesn’t provide possibility to rewrite its own page templates. That is why we went for its native profile structure and customized its design to match the overall Olympus styling.

That did not work. All the settings are already applied there and customized.

I have now removed it with css {display:none!important;} but that is just a workaround and I don’t know how much other things might be affected by this css

If this is what you want to change, then please make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme (2.3.4.) and the latest version of Sign In Form extension. You can check it in Updates section of your admin dashboard.

If all is up-to-date, the please submit a ticket and provide your website URL and your WP-admin login and password, so we could check the issue from inside. If you meant something else, then submit a ticket with detailed description too https://support.crumina.net/help-center/tickets/new

If you prefer to stay with the CSS code as a workaround, I think, it won’t affect anything else on the site.

Hi,

By default users acquire Subscriber role. It doesn’t let them post articles on blog. But you can extend their permissions with help of the User Role Editor plugin. It will let users post articles from the backend.

The theme is fully compatible with Youzer and most likely with all its addons. But we recommend you to try our trial version and test all of them to make sure it is so. You can request trial via info@crumina.net

1. The theme is compatible with WP-Rocket. But you should note that cache plugins don’t work for the logged-in users. And there are some sections in this theme like Activity streams, that must remain uncached, otherwise, all new posts won’t display right after a user has posted them. That’s why you should use the cache plugin very carefully adjusting it the right way.

2. We never thought about adsense for this theme. That’s why we can’t suggest any specific plugin for this purpose. Basically, you should choose a plugin depending on where exactly in the theme you want to show ads ( in content, sidebar etc). So it’s up on you.

Yes, we are aware of this issue. This was a bug in the Youzer plugin. We have reported it to the Youzer devs earlier. We have checked this issue again, and it is not replicated on our end anymore. Please, make sure that you are using the latest version of Youzer 2.3.3.

Hi,

The imported version contains limited content, only that one that was created by the admin. The groups pages includes only one group. The rest groups and users were removed, just because they were samples, and the real content will be added by your future real users.

As for the ad site, could you please clarify your question a bit detailed because we don’t quite understand your question. The Woocommerce plugin is integrated with the theme, so there is such a possibility to buy/sell products. But please note, the theme is initially intended for the social network, not for sales, so in future, we will improve the theme with more social network features.

The theme itself does not provide such functionality, but, theoretically, it can be achieved via third-party plugins.

We provide custom work, but unfortunately, we are pretty loaded with other projects over a long period of time and cannot take up this task.

The Olympus is not integrated with these plugins, but they still may be compatible with the theme, however, the styles will be different compared to Olympus design. Actually, we personally have not tested these plugins, so cannot give you accurate advice, but we can provide you a trial demo installation with admin rights, so you can install and check the needed plugins from inside (if you are interested in it, please mail us at info@crumina.net). As for the Ultimate Reviewer WordPress Plugin, we dont plan such integration with the theme, but anyway thank you for the suggestion, we will take it into consideration.

1) The width can be changed in Youzer General settings (http://prntscr.com/osl98c). 2) Unfortunately, it’s not possible, because its two different functionality. 3) To achieve this feature – requires custom coding modification. 4) We dont plan such integration in the nearest time, but anyway thank you for the suggestion, we will take it into consideration. 5) Yea, in future we are planning Elementor integration, so the users can decide what builder use: WPBakery or Elementor.

About item 2, is it possible to have your blog icons? Because Youzer let’s me upload my own reaction icons, so it would be nice to use the same icons between Youzer and Blog.

Yes, you can show only landing page with login form there, but for other website pages use some “restrict page” plugins (such plugins will allow you to restrict all, none, or certain pages/posts to logged in users only).
