Hello, i need to export my user profile fields in my tourmaster_order inside .CSV file…

how can i export my custom fields from profile array tourmaster_get_profile_fields? like $contact_info[‘first_name’] . ’ ’ . $contact_info[‘last_name’] and sex …, but with my tourmaster_get_profile_fields? it’s possible? declare any array and select from my fields or something like this?

Setting is correct here: Archive Excerpt Type > Show All. Still no excerpt shown. When activating the other options like date/author etc., they are shown. Thank you!

1. You can rename it to travel as you wish.

2. Unfortunately, it is a customization. We don’t provide customization, so your request beyond our support policy. Please hire a freelancer to do it for you.

Is the Stripe payment a plugin ?
Can I change the payment button on a tour to link to a payment page ?

The Strip is built in with in the theme. We are not using as a plugin. However, you can link the tour to specific url if this answers your second question.

Hello i just purchased the theme: on the city tour demo page the video background when i add the vimeo link it doesnt fill the whole widt h like the example even that i havent change any of the current settings i think it could be my video is 1920×1080 not sure if that is the case. also i see a lot of different sizes for the images do you have the sizes or it will adjust and be responsive?

1. Please change it in: Tour Settings > Tour Settings instead change it directly in custom fields.

2. You can remove it in: wp-content/plugins/tourmaster/include/payment-util.php file around line 818.

presale question: paypal and stripe are only methods of payment and you can add woocommerce as well? Also I would be able to install one of the demos like is live here? im interested in the city tours and see if i can upload the demo version and just change the info and pictures to make it quicker thanks

Unfortunately, this theme is not Woocommerce based so it won’t work with Woocommerce payment gateway.

Yes, you can set up demo site and modify from there.

Yes, you can change it by changing the category name.

You can use any sizes. It will be auto cropped.

Enable Booking Cancelled E-Mail, but can not receive the email. Other ORDER STATUS are functional to get the email.
