I’ve recently purchased your dashcore theme, completed the install and imported the demo content.
However, I’m struggling to update or control some of the site-wide settings within the Theme Options…
1. The purple/blue highlight colour that appears on buttons and icons? 2. When I change the Header (1 through 5) nothing actually changes 3. When you scroll down the page and the sticky header appears, it shows the theme icon, not the uploaded logo
There’s more, but this would be a start.
Would it be possible to get some support and what is the best way to contact support? I’ve started a chat on the shthemes website and initially I received a response to my message, but as soon as I mentioned dashcore and that I was having issues, the chat-bot (or human) stopped replying.

Hi, the Visual composer plugin isn’t installing. I am not prompted to install it. And searching within the theme package, i could not find the plugin file as well and i can’t use the VC plugin i have as it is different from your customised version. Please help

Also, for some reason can’t update the footers like it is in the ‘Footers’ page demo. I need to have it as a gradient like in the example page, but any changes aren’t being applied.
When upload the black logo it doesn’t upload and replace it, need to do it manually in your WP installation themes folder.
