Hi! I’ve been trying to reach out to your support team through your support forum. They replied only half of my queries and then vanished. Some of the questions I’ve are in private mode. My queries are: 1. In private mode are you unable to see my questions?
2. I’ve some more queries that I am going to list here now. a) When creating a new candidate resume tabs ’+ Add experience’, ’+ Add Awards’, ’+ Add Skills’. Also respective ‘x Delete’ tabs don’t work.
3) In my case there is no ‘Resume Details 4 and 5 layout’ within the dashboard.
4) And when I select any of these layouts through customizer, it doesn’t work either.
5) This is a previous query I had asked earlier. how to delete the background image in header and footer.
I hope you can resolve this issue asap. i’ve been already waiting for too long. Thanks
Also a lot of DUMMY CONTENT do not load when we upload the xml file. Job layouts 1,2,3 and resume layouts plus a lot more to list here. Almost 30% of the data from Dummy Content XML Fails to load.
The Front-end PM has some issues with the design. The tabs are not displayed properly. Search Field and other fields look strangely uneven.
Guys we cannot wait so many days for every query. We got work to do.
AND PLEASE DON’T ASK ME TO WAIT MORE. I’VE ALREADY WRITTEN TO YOUR SUPPORT TICKET and they said remove the jobica core plugin and reinstall. The results below are after doing this. Your support team does not even bother to read all the queries. They answer one query and vanish.

And shouldn’t there be 8 job details layout and 5 resume details layout. I have none. I don’t know what to say, but this really is a terrible experience.
As I see, you have completed importing the demo. For the menu item, it gets our demo menu, not from your site. That is the reason you can’t get the correct link.
Please give us the admin account again, we will help you change the menu and show the demo for job details 1,2,3,4…

Hi ! Sorry to say your support really is disappointing. When are you going to respond to my ticket and all the queries I have been asking from last so many days: I have already sent my FTP and wp admin login details to your support forum last night.
Here are my queries once again. Please resolve them and if you cannot, I would like to have refund. Thanks.
My issues are:
Demo data does not load completely. Around 20 to 30% of data shows ‘failed to load’ – too long a list to write here.
When creating a new candidate resume tabs ’+ Add experience’, ’+ Add Awards’, ’+ Add Skills’. Also respective ‘x Delete’ tabs don’t work.
Resume details and job details layouts are missing. Shouldn’t there be 5 resume details layout and 8 job details layout as on your demo site. I need them all. I tried to check them from both within the WP settings as well as customizer. This data does not exist.

Thx, i have already seen this layout, but is it possible to build other maps layouts easy (for example with elementor). Cause i want to have a map layout like the layout on the original Jobmonster, but i want to work with this theme, cause i am an elementor fan. Is custumization possible in an easy way?

Hey there, i am an elementor pro user. Can i built custom layouts for my own with the dynamic fields functionality and theme builder functionality. E.g. I want to built my own singles or archive pages. And can i still use the jobmonster search on my custom archive pages? Cheers

And we also change the way to support the job or resume. The user can select the layout before submit. And have more the difference between the Jobica and Jobmonster.
For the apply from LinkedIn, we have found the TUT and will bring that option to both themes soon.

2. We have supported the apply for jobs via Facebook, Xings. The LinkedIn doesn’t support the apply.

In jobmonster they have apply with LinkedIn? I would buy this theme if you have LinkedIn apply. It is very important because most of the professionals are on LinkedIn. Also you did not confirm, in advance search do you have : 1. Search by ‘Publishing date’ and Search by ‘Distance’ like you have in Job monster? Kind regards,
Sorry, with the new API, the linked doesn’t support the Apply with LinkedIn. The LinkedIn doesn’t support the method to get more info from LinkedIn for 3rd site.

Actually I checked just now on another jobsite I run, It has LinkedIn apply. And it does work.
