Hi, I am using the Directorist plugin and the Direo theme. I have left several questions on the Directorist plugin support page and emailed Aazztech directly through the support email address but i have yet to receive a reply. The support for the plugin is terrible frankly. Anyway, i will post my questions here in the hope that someone finally answers them; 1. Is it possible to create a custom field where a user can select more than one option? 2. In the main search bar there is a button to open up the additional filters. Is there any way i can change that button to text instead of an icon? 3. Is it possible for users to search by location but have the plugin locate where they are and then have a radius search? 4. When i activate the child theme (i am using the Direo theme with the Directorist plugin), some of the functionality of the customiser is lost. Why is that? 5. Lastly, why has the Direo theme disappeared from your website? I only purchased it a few days ago.

2. It is not possible with the current version. We will add this option in upcoming updates as you requested.
3. We have almost finished those two features which going to be live very soon.
4. We will check that out. If find any issue, we will release an update immediately.
5. Direo is only purchasable on Themeforest. So, it actually doesn’t matter whether it is on our website or not. But don’t worry, we will continue the development of the Direo. More amazing updates are on the way to be released soon.

Hi. I just read that it was not working properly with Gulp 4 (comment by @andrefariagomes). Did you fix this issue? I will purchase this theme if it’s compatible with Gulp 4. Thanks.

Hi I too have purchased this thinking it was the theme for Directionist with the demo data. I was directed to it via the Directionist plugin. I have another theme I can use but just wanted the demo data. I like directionist but just want to see how it all fits together. I would like this refunded please so I can find an alternative solution. It seams you still need to iron out some kinks. Good luck

This looks like it’s not actually a working script? On this demo, adding a listing doesn’t work, the search filters do not work and registering etc is not implemented.
May I ask why the theme is being sold if it’s functions do not work. I would love to purchase these theme if it was actually working.
