This comment is to notify to you that on our theme demo, it has a feature called: Recently Viewed Scrolling Popup: http://prntscr.com/p00i51 on the right hand side of demo.

This is new feature will be added to Ella theme soon, we are testing this feature so it will be not included in theme source at this time. We will release this feature soon and you can update if you would like to add.

we´re trying to set up two different pages both using the page.about-us-2 template. But both pages are loading the same content. Is it possible to make them different, since it´s two different pages just using the same template?

Hi, I can’t find the option to make the header and homepage slideshow look like your one in demo 10. If I use header 01, it looks like demo 10 but the slidshow goes behind the main menu. There’s no white div around the logo, menu and cart icons.

I wrote to you twice and no answer. I also filled out the form on halo website and am finding extremely difficult to reach you. Can you please just tell me where I can insert custom css code? As many people here the logo is too small and need to make it bigger. Your theme settings do not have a way to control the width but only the height. I searched and searched throughout all these comments and they all get the same reply to email you.

What I do not understand is why keeping a mystery for everyone where to insert custom css and how to adjust the logo.

I found: .wrapper-header-bt .logo-img img { max-height: 220px; }

and I can add .wrapper-header-bt .logo-img img { max-height: 220px; max-width: 200px; }

and the logo shows nice but do not know where to insert it?

As with so many people requesting this type of help, why not include it in the manual?

Can you please help me? I bought 2 licenses. Thanks!

Thank you for your waiting. Our team checked and got back to you via email. Based on the number support tickets and the nature of the request itself, the response time can be up to 1-2 business days.

Regarding the issue you mentioned with logo on mobile.

You can see that our Ella theme has logo on one line with other elements: http://prntscr.com/oyxk64 that why if logo is too big, it will affect to other icons. On mobile screen, your logo is still showing well: http://prntscr.com/oyxknm

You can use the css below to expand more for logo on smaller screen:

However, we don’t recommend editing in code file, our technical team will support for this. And we also added for our theme source so other customers won’t have this issue.

We are preparing to release new update for Ella. Next update will have Shopify Multiple currencies, Automatic currency by location, Recently Viewed feature and more improvements.

Is ti possible to present the custom block (3 contents) one content under the other content in the mobile version. In desktop mode i have all 3 contents horizontally and I want in mobile to have them vertically.

Why not just include it within the Ella theme as a page option instead of asking for custom service? thanks

As we mentioned, it is our child theme, a separate theme and we don’t include in Ella layout

Hi, We are now using the jewelias-1.0.0-sections-ready theme. Because we are using the Indonesian rupiah, we don’t want to have a decimal point when setting the currency. We changed the currency to Indonesian rupiah and changed the code to Rp{{ amount_no_decimals }} . In the top right corner of the details, the discount ratio is offset and becomes -100%. How can we modify the code?

1: It depends on the nature of your requests itself, if they are easy or difficult. All of your emails will be reviewed and checked carefully. However, based on the number support tickets and the nature of the request itself, the response time can be up to 1-2 business days. At weekends, our support is also limited because Customer Service Dept., doesn’t work on the weekend

2: Yes possible, you can setting in theme editor

3: These apps works with our theme. This app: https://apps.shopify.com/product-filter-search is our partner.

4: Yes, it is possible, change in css file and we will adjust in theme option for you to easy change

I purchase this shopify template and can not load to shopify at all. The file is over 500MB. I ask for help but no response at all. Very Frustrated!

You forgot extracting/ unzip the package. You need to extract the package you downloaded from themeforest and upload the correct theme source.

1/ Download the package from themeforest.net (the file is in zip format)

2/ Extract the file you’ve just downloaded.

3/ Find this file: ella-3.0.0-sections-ready.zip in the folder New Ella Sections Ready 3.0.0, then you just need to upload ella-3.0.0-sections-ready.zip file to your Shopify store.
