In other themes we have been able to add tel: and sms: links to buttons with no problems using Visual Composer. For some reason with this theme, the tel: links work but the sms: links appear to be ignored. If we add them just as text links using the code item sms: works fine but can’t be assigned to a button? Please advise.

you could change date format from Setting -> General -> date format https://prnt.sc/owxumxUnfortunately, there no option to change categories page, you may need to consult your WP developer as css customisation about that.

This works fine. But when clicking on the main navigation item, the page “jumps” down to the anchor. Is there any way to have a “smooth” scroll down to the respective area where the anchor is set?

I have another last question. When building a one pager, some blog entries or team member detail pages are loaded on separate URLs. Then in the header the same navigation is shown pointing to anchor tags which makes it impossible for a user to go back to the “one pager” (homepage). Is there any way to load a different menu on those pages?

Product image variations are not working. When you assign different images to variations, they do not switch when selected.

Hi, the variation product images now work, but only when there are no images in the product gallery of the product page.
If there are images in the product gallery, the variation images don’t switch.
Can you look into it please?
Also, another problem I discovered is that the product gallery cannot have more than 15 images. I get the following error when I upload more than 15 images into product gallery.

My Pixi website https://leapforward.us seems to be using significant CPU … when any of the pages are active in the browser Safari (or Chrome) reports 60% cpu usage, and safari periodically tells me “this page is using significant energy”).
Can you suggest what may be going on and how to prevent it? I haven’t run dignostics to find out what script is running, but that’s my next step

now I am the one to apologize for dropping this thread … I am finally getting back to this. I have done some profiing using Chrome Devtools and determined that what is happening here is animation … although I am not explicitly using any on my site. There is a Timer being fired that cause recalculation of styles and painting continuously while the page is just sitting there, fully loaded.
Is there a way I can send you a screenshot of the profile? Alternatively you can use Chrome devtools performance to snapshot https://leapforward.us/why for about 10 seconds after it loads, then use the “bottom up” tab to see what I am talking about.

Hello, I am having problem with responsive part. According to theme, it’s 100% responsive. But when I tried to turn on my phone or other mobile phone, it doesn’t show up the way that I wanted it.

Many page elements like the Media Grid or the Masonry Media Grid cannot be displayed in any web browser. They are visible when previewing the site, but only a loading animation (three grey dots) is visible when viewing the page in any browser. When can I expect a fix?
