Hi my slight backend is really slow. site is hosted on flywheel and when I asked them why this is happening they said

I purchased the ebook theme. On the homepage, the header menu works fine by moving to the various homepage sections when clicked. However, the menu does not respond when I move to another page like the blog or contact us. How do I make the header menu to work so that when am at the contact page and I click on say “reviews” menu, it will open the review section of the homepage? If I insert a link into the “Menu”, the function of moving through the homepage sections does not work anymore.
You need to use custom link for header menu, custom link will be like home_page_url/#sectction_id, If you can not setup this, email me with wp-admin access info, I can help you with that.
The theme doesn’t show images alt text although i add it in media library. Please help.
You can add image alt text editing element. We have added image alt field in last update. Please check and let me know.
Is it possible to edit a header?
You can change navigation background, menu, logo, Icons, btn, info etc in header. If you want add additional something, you need to use child theme to edit header template

Sure, you can change favicon icon from Appearance > Customize > Site Identity
I’m having the same issue as the person above me (karaQ). The styling for the main menu disappeared. I’m using 1.4 but am about to update to the latest version.
I just updated to the latest and the problem persists.
Please deactivate cool mega menu plugin now, Recently plugin is updated. maybe there are some compatibility issues. We are working on update & fixing these issues.
Before I disabled it, I noticed there was an update for the plugin so I installed the update and now all works fine. Thanks for your help.

The only plug-in with a pending update on my WP 5.2.2 is WPBakery Page Builder, but I cannot update it manually from version 5.6 to version 6.0.5, as I believe this can only be updated by updating the theme itself.
Please update latest version 1.4.5 to get rid of this error. Once theme is updated, make sure theme required plugins need to be updated too. All premium plugins update is available in Latest version

I am stuck on updating the Convert plus plugin to 3.4.5. Please see the screenshot, every time I update the plugin, it says updated but then when I come back to the plugins page it gives the same error. I have tried multiple times and now I am stuck.

Thanks for another update. However, the theme still has css bugs.
In the service box element, when you set an icon color, it’s automatically changes the color of the subtitle text as well and increase font its font size. The theme doesn’t let you edit it.
We have recently submitted updated version, please check & update theme.

I have a problem, wp bakery page builder is no longer visible. Neither in the backoffice, nor in the menu, nor in the pages. What can I do?
Maybe there are something missing while updating plugin. Please remove folder plugins/js_composer using cpanel or FTP, Then install & activate theme again from Appearance > Install plugins.

No H1 tag? I’ve noticed the theme doesn’t produce any H1 tags at all. The seccion title, which supposed to include an H1 tag in its title, only produce H2 tag. Please tell me how can i fix it as it’s very important for SEO
Thanks for letting us know, We have updated our theme soon including H1 tag options. Now you can use Text block instead to use H1 tag.
Is there a way to make the title in the hero section H1 using some custom css? I don’t know when to expect the update to be out and i need a way to solve it our meanwhile.

I guess i’ll wait for the update because i don’t understand how can i use text block element inside the header element. there is no way to do it. the custom css doesn’t work neither.

Thanks for the quick update! However, the hero section title still generate an H2 tag. There is no option to change it within the section options.

Thanks for letting us know. Initially there were no tag selector options, We’ve added this options later, that’s why tag selector is missing in some elements. We will be updatibg our theme soon with hero element with tag selector

Recently we have changed our Hosting server, that’s why we have not optimized demo site, we will optimized our demo server soon. Previous demo page speed was 70+. Thanks for letting us know, we are looking into this.

It’s gonna take sometime as we have few other stuff scheduled but you can check overall customer response with our theme and if you use optimzed images, cache plugin and a good server, Pergo will perform good to you
