You need to enable the Instant Booking option. Also, please make sure that you correctly set up the PayPal payment method in the WP Hotelier -> Settings -> Payment gateways section.

Hi quick question, is it normal that the widget on the left side of each single room page doesn’t update price if I use a price per day or seasonal price?
My users see one price on that page but after they click on book now, they are shown the real price (if they select a date using price per day or seasonal price)

All the theme features come from the Easy WP Hotelier plugin in the theme by default, recheck your settings carefully. There should not be such kind of restrictions. Make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme and all the theme external plugins should be updated/activated/installed as well under the WordPress dashboard -> appearance -> install plugins section.

Hello, before buying the item I would like to know how reservations are handled and the availability of the rooms. If a customer reserves a room. That reserved room is shown in the search? Does that reserved room appear locked in the system until the reservation ends? Thank you

This is a great theme but it lacks the freedom to change many elements independently. 1. The tablet and mobile header builders dont allow you to move things around or to change the content of the header elements. 2. The color settings basically means many elements like header background, mobile menu bar, top bar, menu fonts, carousel navigation buttons and other parts share any of the 3 color options “primary, secondary, third”. This is a huge fault of the theme as there are too many elements that one might want to customise “independently”.
Q1: Please point me to the css file(s) to independently change the header and flight out menu elements, background on mobile menu.
Here’s an example. If my primary color in the theme settings/options is black, my secondary red, and third color is blue how do I give the mobile menu/header its own unique color, the hamburger menu icon another color and not have to change any of the primary secondary and third color because they affect many areas/elements of the theme.
I would like to hard code my own color for .stm_mobile__header but I can’t seem to change it even with custom css…
I am actually guessing that css won’t overwrite the color for the mobile header as it is probably a php function that “gets” one of the 3 theme colors primary, secondary etc. I have tried changing the background color via additional css, child and parent css and nothing changes. Please point me to the php file and line to specify a different color for the mobile header background color.

Any way to CENTER menu items? Don’t say: “there is a header builder because it doesn’t center the menu at all. If I have less than a specific menu item it results not centered. Any detail I modify in this theme ends with a new problem. I’ts simply ridiculous.

Hi. home page widget “wp hotelier rooms carousel” is ignoring seasonal prices and showing 0. When I click to individual apartment, price is also 0. On the other hand when I order the booking for any period it calculates the price according to the seasonal prices. Please help

13 days and still no solution. It looks like your theme is showing only default price, not seasonal prices. I am disappointed. Your support is telling me to use default prices, but I need seasonal which are defined, but the theme is ignoring them.

The season price settings and features are part of the WP Hotelier plugin. The theme doesn’t control it by default.

1. No, I have removed paddings. On larger screens the background opaque layer is over stretching the top bar and going over my logo and other header elements. 2. Yes i have selected Celcius in the units dropdown and it still only shows temprature number and the city but no degree celcius symbol.
