Hello, before buying your theme I would like to explain what I need and that you tell me if this theme works for me or not.
I need to create a live video streaming platform (youtube). I want users to register on the website, and every time they broadcast live on YouTube, it is automatically viewed on the website.
The idea is that a thumbnail image and a message indicating that there is a person broadcasting live on YouTube video appear on the website.
This is possible? Could you explain in detail the operation of how the YouTube profile is linked to your website?

1) Yes, you can display live streaming videos via Youtube (or other platforms). This would display as an embedded video like this example: https://vayvo.progressionstudios.com/title/spacex-story/
2) Sorry but there is no message/icon option to show a current broadcast is running. If you wanted to notify users, you could add a new post on the homepage or something like that. However there is no automated way to do this.

Is there an option that a user can buy the video and can download it to the computer? Like manyvids, which is an adult video streaming service but users can buy videos and download it if they want? 1) Yes, you can add a download option via a button. This wouldn’t be automated but can be added very easily.
2) Sorry but you cannot charge users for one video at a time. You can only charge users for memberships.

1) Yes, you can create as many or as few plans/packages of videos as you want. Then provide users access to the specific packs of videos depending on the subscription.
2) Yeah, that is also possible. You could also hide/display pages based on the user plan if you only wanted to hide subjects when they didn’t have access. It’s completely up to you and you have this control with the theme.

I am unclear on your support for AWS based videos. I would like to host my videos on S3. Would that be handled natively or would I need to embed them? I prefer the look of your built in player.
I am also going to be transitioning from WooCommerce subscriptions to ARM. Is there an easy way to do that as a migration?
1) Yes, our theme supports videos (.mp4) hosted on AWS S3. This would be handled natively with our player.
2) Sorry but there is no transition plugin that we know of to convert WooCommerce subscriptions to ARMember.

Working with this theme gives me a huge headache, it’s a good theme but it’s difficult to setup and use.
1) When you setup a landing page + payment plans there in the header it still says ‘Login’ and in that ‘Login’ screen there is at the bottom a hyperlink that says ‘Register’ which just redirects to the old registration page without any pricing plans!! How can we fix this? It doesn’t seem we can!
2) The signup process, yours is very nice with ‘next step’ in the demo and nice animations, however in reality it’s just a long screen without transitions meaning demo content doesn’t import everything (very annoying!!)
How to make it exactly like your demo? Because it’s difficult to get the hang of it. Thank you

1) You can edit the Register link and text by editing this form under ARMember > Manage Forms. Edit the default form and you will find an option on the right side to edit the Registration link. Screen-shot: https://i.imgur.com/Hhu1hxu.png

Just have few more questions.
When a user signs up for a trial membership or any membership required it redirects to /membership_required page… and says ‘you already are logged in’ how to redirect to homepage?
Also how to disable the basic registration page so to force users to go via the membership option pages, because for example someone can just go via /arm_register/ and sign up for the website without having to go via membership?

Also noticed that when going through /arm_register/ than through one of the membership options, the homepage is available only (I know this can be changed via membership options) but the featured movies are still accessible to be watched.. how to overcome this?

We have purchased the theme and installed the demo content.
Request you to read my requests in full and fix accordingly.
Unfortunately after demo setup site is not working exactly as per your demo.
I need exact as you shown in demo. With minor modifications.
Please note that in our pricing page (https://www.cpfilmsweb.com/pricing-plans/) no content is loading. And top menu system (before login and post login) has no relationship . Member pages have no content.
Plan selection , registration and payment page has blank output.
FYI; In membership section, I need only one membership package which allows user to watch a movie only one time at a fee of $2.99. Free member cant watch or see premium content.
Yet i haven’t uploaded the movie and haven’t created the movie detail page, but to test the functionality ; you can create a test page to redirect user after a successful payment.
In registration form, i need following form fields… Name, Email, Phone, City, Country, Gender, User Avatar, User Bio. I created but noting happens and not getting linked with payment system.
Post payment; membership should auto activated and webpage auto redirected to movie page . Hence member should watch the movie without any delay or any further navigation.
After a payment, a well structured payment confirmation and membership activation email should goes in to user’s email.
I have to make website live earliest. Its urgent now.

Is it possible to set up different user/account-types? I.e. I want to have one user type that pays a monthly fee of XX$ that can access all the content on the site. But visitors should also be able to pay for access to single videos is that possible?
You can setup as many users and plans as you want. However this is am membership theme, not on-demand. So you cannot charge per video unless you setup a new plan for every video.
