I have issue using the WPBakery plug-in. The plug-in is installed and activated but doesn’t show up when I want to adapt an existing portfolio page from the demo version.

You could enable WP Bakery for any custom post type. Just go to WPbakery > Role manager and there check box for portfolio items like here:

Hello. I noticed that the sharing buttons don’t work on posts etc (at least after your last update). When I rollback to the native wp social buttons, it seems to work fine. This seems important. Any ideas?

Hello, There’s a thing I would like to know before purchasing the theme. I absolutely adore the layout, especially the portfolio slider on the main page. However, I don’t really need the portfolio for my shop. Just wanted to know for the portfolio slider, can I link products instead of portfolio items?

Your last update (Aug 2019), there is a typo that causes single blog posts to produce 503 errors. They appear to be at:
Call to undefined function esc_aattr() in /assemble/framework/modules/blog/templates/single/parts/single-navigation.php:42
It is an esc_atr… which is mispelled as esc_aatr… Took me some time to find out where this weird behavior was coming from … :/

On the first page there are thumbnails that are linked to portfolio pages. All the portfolio pages are not working at the moment, and I don’t know the reason. For example this page: http://www.dahldesign.fi/portfolio-item/klippan-home/ (Everything looks ok, when watching the page in WPbakery. The content is there but does not show in live.)

Most likely your permalinks got out of order in the update process. Go to settings > permalinks and just click “save”. That should do the trick.

Hi, I have received an update for the Assemble – Portfolio Them but when I try to upload it i get a Page not found 404. I have installed plugin ‘Easy Theme and Plugin Upgrades’ to update from zip file but doesn’t work. Although my support have expired I would think that I should still be able to update the theme. Hello! I’m thinking about buying this theme for my portfolio but I have a few questions first.
1. Does the category slider format support one column only? i.e Only one image displays at a time as you scroll down.
2. Do you have the option to remove the top menu? I’d like for the menu to be central on my home page but located at the top on my other pages.
3. Is it possible to include svg animations with this theme? I’d like my home page to be a full screen svg animation.
4. Does this theme work with ecwid? I use ecwid for my storefront and even tho my current theme doesn’t support it it runs smoothly anyway.

1. Yes, Edge Portfolio Tabs Slider has an option to choose one column only. You can choose one column in Edge Portfolio Tabs Slider settings. Please see the following screenshot: https://www.screencast.com/t/Kar7ksXBl2. If you want to remove the header/menu from some specific page, you can do it using custom CSS code. After theme purchase, please note that you’ll have 6 months of free support so you can contact our support team and they will provide CSS to remove/disable the header/menu.
3.Yes, you can use SVG animations. There shouldn’t be any problem.
4. Unfortunately we didn’t test any 3rd party plugin (like Ecwid ) with our theme, so we can’t guarantee it’s full integration with our theme. Sorry about that.

Thanks. Like we assumed, you updated just our theme and didn’t update Core plugin and WPbakery page builder. Just go to plugins and deactivate these two plugins and delete those completely. Then, you’ll see message in dashboard about missing plugins and just follow it in order to install/activate latest versions of plugins.

You can create logo with text according to your needs and your brand, and then to upload it from Edge options > Logo. Unforuntately there is no options to type text instead of logo, but maybe you can contact our support in order to see if there is some workaround for this. I have read the post on this topic on your support site, but I can’t understand what it means “So you can easily update the bundled plugin when you next update your theme. ”? Thanks for the update, but you noticed that it is still not possible to work with posts? Edge options are located right in the middle of the post. Can this be somehow avoided? I tried everything I managed to find on the panel but the Edge options still remain in the center. and WordPress sent me a letter (after the update) that there are problems with my theme Assemble.

I understand what you mean. I installed the latest version of WPBakery Page Builder and it works great. Thank. I ask about the other. About posts. With one of the latest WordPress updates, it’s impossible to write a long post. Edge’s settings, which were previously at the bottom of the post, are now in the middle. And if I need to correct something in the middle, I just physically can’t do it – the block with the Edge settings prevents me. You understand ?

I have tried re-downloading the files from theme forrest and trying to install the theme on multiple website browsers however the error still appears. Im not sure why this would be occurring, I have installed plenty of themes in the past and have never had this issue.

Hi, thanks for your help on this I managed to get it all working. Im currently having two other issues that I need assistance with.
1. I have created a portfolio, and when viewing each individual portfolio page there is a bar at the bottom where i can click back or to the next portfolio page. This is all good, however, the arrows seem to be around the wrong way. If i was to click on the first portfolio piece on the portfolio landing page, then scroll down to click to the next page, the arrow would be on the left. This doesn’t make sense, is there any way to fix this?
2. I am reading through your index file that is provided with the download, I am trying to work out how to adjust the responsiveness of the homepage slider for mobile. it states under 9. Edge Slider – Image Element Options:
“Element Responsiveness – Set this option to “Scale based on stage coefficients” if you would like to set custom reponsivness coefficients (and, optionally, relative positions) for each responsive stage.”
However I dont see this option to be able to set to “scale based on stage coefficients”
Any help on these two points would be greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately we didn’t include theme option to change this. You would have to include some additional CSS for that matter. Please go to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS and paste these lines
