I need urgent support!!!!
1. I cannot open a ticket in your site as I dont know why, it shows I do not have any downloads. I have my API well set up and I connected it with your site.
2. When importing your demo content in the process images were deleted from some of my products. I had to stop the process as I was seeing how my own content was being deleted. The big issue here is the images were storage in AWS S3 and the images are being deleted from there! How is that even possible?
I am not an expert on AWS so I do not know how to get the images back.
I used a backup of my website and I had to used my previous theme but the content is missing.
How can I fix this?

I also found several bugs.
1. Demo importing does not work correctly. I had to click on import button more than 15 times in order to finish to create all content and last the child theme. If you click on reset content it will delete the woo commerce content of current products. I had to spend 6h to fix everything.
2. Woocommerce “Out of stock”, “Discounted”, etc, messages are not display properly on top of the product image as any other theme. It is just a plain text next to the product image inside the product page or over the featured image on the shop pages, so you cannot read it.
3. Testimonials block cannot be edited, so you cannot write text on it. Video does not work either.
4. Top bar on account pages is too big so you cannot see all options.
5. No option to add blocks with image background?
6. Categories titles do not show on the category pages. Also product search bar does not look like in your demo.
I hope all of this will be fixed on next update as it looks like the theme is still on development while is on sale.

Hi, Like the theme, but can we use it for an online store. Instead of different vendors, can there be brands page and products under them so we do not need the Product Vendor extension?

You should use nofollow links on the social links.

it is a pre-sale questions, I understood that the graphic editor of the theme is gutenberg. If I buy WP bakery can it work with your theme?
Is your theme compatible for a multilingual? with a pluginl like wpml or polylang?

Just asking because https://wordpress.org/plugins/wc-multivendor-marketplace/ seems to me from a feature point of view much more advanced than https://woocommerce.com/products/product-vendors/?aff=2189.

We have implemented the theme as instructed. Social login on wocommerce as you have on your screen did not follow the theme, as din no picture or icons even though we followed every step in “get started”. It looks like this salijify.com. You said if we bought the theme and the woocommerce plugin it would look like your example. How do we solve this?

We have no immediate plans to release it, first we want to gage if the idea is something people want, basically we want to make a product that puts ListingsPro, MyListings out of business for a while 
we just want to see if its worth the effort in developing it, so we will launch a new landing page this week or next and start collecting feedback from potential customers.

To that price, 79 plus 79 USD to woocommerce, we wonder what is included in form of creative plugins to change the page apperance?

No we use Gutenberg blocks to design pages, both using plugins and the theme offers many different design layouts. We don’t use elementor, wp bakery or visual compose.
You will need to purchase the theme and then the Vendor plugin to ensure it works like our demo, all other plugins are free to use.
We’re looking to start a marketplace for food & drink classes, i.e. multiple seats on certain dates & times.
Is this possible with Vendify?
Also, does this work with Stripe Connect for vendor payouts?

Nope I wouldn’t recommend Vendify, we don’t currently have a great layout for businesses to list their menus, and you can’t book seats on a date as that would require a booking management plugin.
Vendify is great for creating a marketplace to sell products, that are either physical good, digital goods, or a service that doesn’t require a date to be specified.
Thanks but we don’t need to list menus as our plan is for vendors to sell seats on their classes/events.
If your theme is not suitable for bookings, then why have you tagged the theme with ‘airbnb’ and ‘grubhub’ ?

To create digital products like Marketplace I think it is ideal to use easy digital downloads more is for physical products trade.
Hello, I wouldn’t use easy digital downloads when using Vendify we built it to use WooCommerce as WooCommerce supports both physical goods, digital goods, or a service that doesn’t require a date to be specified.

1 – can products that are uploaded by vendors be Pending by default and only approved by Admin? 2 – can each vendor be set with a unique commission structure? 3 – shipping costs – if ordering from more than one vendor at once, will it add more than one shipping cost… i.e. can each vendor set their own shipping costs?

Yes, its just a setting, to allow admins to approve products before they go live.

Yes, in the vendor user area you can set the unique commission structure

I think that shipping costs individually question for WooCommerce vendors, as each vendor sets their own shipping cost on products.
