May we insert in the homepage some texts, banners, buttons, icons or other contents under the slider, like in the other pages? May we insert a link on the image of the slider and not only in the lower text “take a look”? Thanks

We see you was send an e-mail about it and we answered . Maybe Homepage layouts are fullscreen page templates and they can be used with only itself. The things you want can be possible with some coding work.

Dear pethemes team,
We bought the theme ELEGEA yesterday. We tried installing demo data and have noticed that some pages (example homepage) and some media files http://prntscr.com/sxv6qg failed to install. I have opened the XML file which is contained in the Demo Content folder and noticed that it references to links such as http://elegea.pethemes.site/wp-content/uploads/2019/08/oliur-1JNk998-g70-unsplash.jpg
Can you help us with the above please?

Hi I have a problem with the horizontal portfolio homepage. Projects are not displayed even if they are included in the portfolio.

After you created your projects, you must select them to display showcase page. Please follow these steps below;
1- Navigate “Appearance -> Customizer” on your WordPress Admin Dashboard. 2- Click on “Portfolio Settings”. 3- Click Horizontal settings. 4- You’ll see a section named “Select Projects” click on it and select your projects. 5- Save changes.
So projects will be displayed on horizontal showcase page. Regards.
on the horizontal portfolio is it possible to make it auto scroll? or on scrolll it moves, so you dont have to click the next or previous buttons?

hello, can you please tell me how could i modify the “project page” header.
i’m refearing at the section with the “client/year”
and second question.. on the preview on theme forest, in the right of the menu, are your info..on template, after install… the info is not there… its just blank scrollable zone.

1-) If you want to modfy project client and year sections. Please go to your edit project page, you’ll see boxes on right of the screen, named “Project Date” or “Project Client” just edit this ections and save changes.
2-) For edit menu info area, please go to widgets screen on your WordPress Admin Dashobard. Add your content in “Menu Widget Area” section and save.

I honestly can’t make heads or tails of how to use your theme. I have used dozens of wordpress themes over the years but this one makes zero sense to me. I can’t get it to do anything i want it to.

After you install demo content, you need to setup portfolio pages on WordPress Customizer.
Please follow these steps below;
1- Navigate Appearance -> Customize on your WordPress Admin Dashboard. 2- Click “Portfolio Settings”. 3- Select showcase layout which you want to customize and click on it. 4- Add your portfolios in “Select Portfolios” section. 5- Save changes.

Hi there! I have a problem about installing this theme. When I activate theme, my website is offline. And I see “This page is not working. HTTP ERROR 500” error. When I delete the theme, my website is working again. By the way, I installed manually but I see same problem. How can I fix it?

After you install Unyson plugin, you will see a menu named “Portfolio” in your WordPress Admin Dashboard(Left Panel).
Here you can click “Add New” and create your portfolio (Like creating pages or posts.).
