Even if I’ve setup the demo content, it always “reminds” me to set it up, again and again until no end.

I am interested to buy this theme. but I have some questions. 1. In the resume module can I get the custom field to add. 2. any shortcode to display that field in the front end. 3. I need to add and show gender, age, hired/not hired option in a resume and search field. 4. can I get demo of backen to see it is useful or not. 5. also I buy a job monster theme but I didn’t use since 1 year but now I am using but I get an error when I install the theme (link does not exist.) please help to resolve this. is there any time period restriction to install or use the theme.

1,2. We don’t have the widget to get the field from resume. The custom field only displays on the resume details.
3. You can add more field to resume submit.
4. Sorry, we don’t have the back-end demo account.

I want to buy this theme and I can’t believe the same person owns Jobmonster and this theme. How do you have 2 beautiful themes and have horrible support. The same bad comments and poor responses. Always giving excuses if it is not genuis supporters are offline it is your prigrammers are busy. Too busy to provide excellent service. I can imagine the number of sales you have lost by people reading through the comments and not everyone will comment like myself.
Interesting to see you replied so quick to my comment. Well I know there are situations one can’t control but as a business if an employee leaves that shouldnt affect your customers. I really like the themes so what I will do is I will keep an eye on the comment section especially jobmonster if there is an improvement in your support and responses then I will buy. I am sure there are many people who will be doing the same as well because excellent support is very important for business growth.

I already own job monster- purchased 2 months ago.
1. Can resumes have a perm link?
For example, if my name is XYZ and I create a resume, can my resume have a link,
examplesite.com/resumes/xyz002
or something? Can there be an option for the end user to choose it?
if you don’t have this feature, can you built it? how much extra will you guys charge?
2. Additionally what does job refresh mean in the resume?
3. Is there a way the user after creating an resume and then export it into a word or pdf file?
If not, can you build this feature? tell me the extra charges for this. thanks.

1. For the resume link, we get the link from your resume title, not from the candidate name. I’m afraid this is the default of WordPress, we can’t change the permalink.
2. Are you talking about resume refresh on the resume package? The feature to refresh the resume posting time and make the resume go to the first of the listing.
3. On the resume details, we have the print option – where the owner can export the resume.
This theme base on the JobMonster core and will have the JobMonster features.

Support responded very quickly at the beginning, unfortunately now that I have thoroughly read the template and found a few bugs, I have not received any answers for several days. Version 1.0 should already work in a way that allows proper use. I am currently disappointed because I waste a lot of time finding errors, reporting and attempting to fix.

I am testing site on my local system
1. Use the database reset plugin to reset the database first.
2. Remove the Jobica core plugin and reinstall a new version.
3. Go to Jobica/ Quick Setup and click to import the demo again.
Please try it again, it will help you fix that issue.

- Does your theme support Jobseekers Featured Memberships? I mean can I see package to the candidate as well?
- Does your theme has the custom field support? in Job applications I wanted to add some custom Questionnaire
- can I allow Employers to add custom questionnaire, so that they may pre qualify the candidate applied for job?
- I use razorpay for WooCommerce does it work with your theme
- Do I need to purchase any extra plugins for this theme to work like demo
- unfortunately, my logo is as similar to your logo https://jobzfi.com and is created 5 months back I am already using another theme but not satisfied with that so wanted to purchase this theme. I am unable to use razorpay in my current theme.
And one more thing Can I use user nav roles to have a different menu for Guests, Employers, and Candidates?

1. Yes, we have the package for the employer to limit the access to the candidate details or candidate contact.
2. Yes, we have supported the custom field for job posting, resume posting, candidate profile, company profile and application form.
3. The employer can’t add the field to the application form. Only admin have permission to add the custom field from the back-end.
4. Our package base on the WooCommerce, so you can use razopay for payment method.
5. No, you don’t need purchase another plugin to have the site like our demo.

7. I’m not sure about the user navigation for each user role. I need to do some custom.
