The newest wordpress update has totally broken this theme, no pages will load. The server gives a 110 timeout error. If any other theme is used the site loads fine. I’ve contacted support.

We have responded to your ticket.
Please do the following – in the process of theme update, first delete all files from the main theme folder. Please delete the Medicare plugin folder as well. Then upload the new theme files to the theme folder and install Medicare plugin once prompted in wp-admin.
You have probably overwritten the existing theme files, which leaves some old files which were removed from the theme in the meantime still present. This causes the problems.

We are not sure from your explanation what specific import do you intend to do, but yes, you can import any of the demo sites into a WordPress instance. You will get the same photos as on the demo sites with the difference in resolution – they have lower resolution than the ones on our demo sites.

Please go to Appearance > Widgets. The area above the header are widgets in Footer Widgets area – there you can change the properties of the existing widgets, remove them or replace them with new ones.

Please inspect the php error log on your server or switch on WP DEBUG MODE – https://codex.wordpress.org/WP_DEBUG so you can get the error message explaining the exact problem instead of an empty page. Once you do, please let us know the cause next to the fatal error message on blog page and we will try to help.

Please edit the page and find Override Global Settings at the bottom of the page edit form. Add Hide Headline override and set its value to True.
It should do the trick.

Please edit your home page in wp-admin. Once you end up on a page edit panel, please scroll to the bottom – you will notice Settings section with the Override Global Settings part.
Please choose Hide Headline in the select box and once the checkbox appear next to it, please check it. Save the changes.

Thanks for contacting us. Related to appointments on Medicare, please keep in mind that Medicare does not have integrated booking engine. All booking forms you see on our demos are in fact CF7 forms. So, you can customize appointment options easily. But, if you want a fully featured booking, you need to use a third party plugin.

If you take a look at the Appearance > Customize > Header & footer panel, you will notice a field called Footer Page Slug.
This field holds the slug of the static page which represents the footer throughout the site (by default it is probably Footer page).
If you edit this page, all changes will be reflected on footer of all pages on the site. – you should be able to find both the copyright notice and telephone number there.
