Hello I am having an issue with the theme. I can’t seem to get the Logos to switch to my own. They keep using the Dashcore logos when you scroll the menu.

Also are you able to help do any other items regarding our site. Like adding a form for users to fill out for collecting sale leads. We have the fileds we want. We want it so when a user clicks on the Get Started buttons this form either pops up or you are taken to a new page.

Hi – I have several sections of the demo SAAS that aren’t visible in the backend editor. If I click CLASSIC MODE I can see the text and shortcodes.

Is this how it’s created or did my demo import fail? Can’t figure out how to attach an image to the shortcodes.

Hey, We have purchased the theme https://themeforest.net/item/dashcore-software-wordpress-theme/23704869, and we have many of issues there. can’t manage the content using the page builder, need to open php files to manage contents(not really using page builder). you should be developer to understand what happen there and how to change. for example contact-us page contact in wp-admin different the really show in the website.

I want to update the Visual Composer plugin but i can’t because i receive the next error: “Update Failed: To receive automatic updates license activation is required.” What can i do?

Also i have a problem in changing the logo for sticking menu. I upload the logo in daschore options -> Header Settings -> Logo 1 and Logo 2, but the logo on sticky menu is the same. Also i have a problem with drop down. Is not like on your demo. Is a simple rudimentary drop down that i need to click.

I have a very novice question for you: Does this your theme come with the functionality of signup, login and dashboard? I’d like to use this theme for a saas service I’m currently considering experimenting with. I want the subscriber to be able to signup, login and see their dashboard; similarly to the admin/dashboard on your demo themes. If not, would you kindly give me suggestions on how I can go about this?

We have the DashCore html theme and we need to go Wordpress as per client demands.

Its not clear if the WP theme is on Bootstrap 3 or 4. Inside the demo we see mentions for bootstrap 4, but in themeforest page of the theme we see Bootstrap3.x and below in tags “bootstrap 4”

Please clarify as its very important for our decision.

Nice theme but there are a few issues with it : - logo assignment – light vs dark – not working - header configuration – no effect - some buttons once you remove the text ( the ones in the top right of the menu for example) you can not add text back to it - buttons can not be removed – they have to be hidden through css which is not ideal - various configuration issues throughout the admin

overall, I quite like this theme, i guess it needs a bit more tweaking though

Hello i purchased your them. I am having issues with the logo in the navigation bar.

When the nav moves I can’t get the theme logo out and put my logo in. I have followed the instructions and it won’t work.

Sorry I had one more issue. Can I remove the login and signup buttons from the top nav header?

Hello I am having a couple of issues with the theme. I can’t change the secondary logo in the header when it goes from the white to the dark. I have gone into the options section and uploaded both logos but the black one will not change to my logo.

I can also not edit the FAQ pages. I can see them but I click on them to edit there is nothing inside of the editor. I have tried to load the visual editor and it does not work either.

This worpress Theme doesnt work properly at all! Dashcore menu has no impact on the site no matter what you do! We also have the same issue with the sticky header that takes the theme logo all over the place. Fronent Visual composer does not work. You cant edit demo content properly. There is content shown on your site but nothing to edit in the backend. You are downloading like 45 useless demo pages. Editable are only the “Home” Sites.

Contacted Support on the upper gmail. Replied that he wants WP ADMIN. WTF ? Do you want access to all the websites your theme messed up? We need a massive update in general and a hotfix for Visual composer as soon as possible!

Does this include the dashboard shown in the pics?
