I’m looking for a theme with a video background. I find this theme. But in the preview mode, with a small screen like a iphone, we don’t see the video. Is it normal ? best regards,

According to the Change Log, there hasn’t been any updates during 2019. Is this correct? Is the theme still under development?
Hello. The theme was released December 17 and we update it only to ensure that latest PHP/WordPress/WooCommerce versions are supported.

Hello. The issue in Google Maps API settngs. If you setup correct Google Maps Key and enable billing all maps will be displayed correctly. You can find more info in Events Calendar documentation:

Another question… Do the events stay active on the site until the finish time (ie 11pm-6am) or would they cut off at midnight?

I am looking for a theme where visitors can create an account, access a member area where they can save their information, their credit card to make their next purchases. Visitors will then be able to find the tickets ordered in their member area.
You need a payment module by Visa, Mastercard and Paypal.
Once the purchase is made, the visitor receives by email an e-ticket with a barcode or a QR code or any other element allowing the security teams to control at the entrance of the event.
The number of tickets is limited for each event.
You must also be able to export the list of customers who have booked.
Does your theme propose all these elements?

Are the colors in the background graphic customizable. Can I change it from blue to pink upon purchase or is it looped video graphic?

Hi, Unfortunately, only WordPress version is available.
I’m wondering if they still support it as well. There’s been no update since January 2018. I’d at least like an update to Page Builder.
WPBakery can be installed from our remote server, so you will always receive latest version of Page Builder. Also we update all the themes if critical update is required.
Is there a link to this remote server? I still don’t understand where to get the updated file. Thanks!

My client purchased this template – I am speaking on his behalf;
We have a CORS issue attempting to run an icecast link through a radio player. Browser console error screenshot can be found at this link: http://sugar-radio.com/CORS-IS-Blocked.png. We are able to play the icecast link outside of the wordpress file system – http://sugar-radio.com. The icecast link were using is st1.sytes.net:8010/sugar, which plays in any browser or media player. The browser picks up an external server https://cors.herokuapp.com, we have also tried adding by – Header Set Access-Control-Allow-Origin * to our .htaccess file, to no avail. I am able to play my own (shoutcast) radio station link in this player without any error.
Any help towards getting this issue fixed would be much appreciated.

Seems your server has restricted connection. You can install it manually in Plugins menu. Page Builder available in archive in /plugins/ folder.

Hello! Just a question before purchasing the theme—I like how the upcoming events look on the homepage (background image + info on a box) is is possible to display this in a new section. The Monthly calendar is not really useful, and the list option doesn’t show an image. Is it possible to have a section – Let’s say “upcoming Events” Where the image and info appear – along a read more or buy tickets? Thank you guys! love the theme.

Hi, By default there is no such feature. You can try to use additional plugins or use WooCommerce plugin.
