Hello, I installed the theme and did some changes from customization panel but now I’m having javascript issues, from product page i cant tap on search, menu, cart, footer etc. everything gets disabled. Noone is replying from support e-mail as well. Thank you

We are sorry but themes on themeforest don’t have trial program. You need to purchase theme to be able to download theme source and upload into your site

Yah I understand that my point is if I purchase the them will i be able to download and upload that demo to my shopify store so i can then customize it they way i wont. (it much easier to have the demo installed and work on it , than work from scratch).

Does your theme have the option to change the text on the ‘Add to cart’ button or the ‘Buy Now’ Button?

You can change the text of Add to cart button but cannot change the text of Buy It Now button. Buy It Now is default button in shopify system and they don’t allow to change text

For #1: You can replace Size Guide image by your Shipping Options image or if you want to keep size guide and have another button the same as size guide, we can support you to add

You cannot get code of Ella to put into Ella child theme. They are separate themes. If you are good at code, you can customize but we don’t recommend if you do not understand our theme structure. Thank you

I installed the new update, enabled multi currency, auto currency, changed format of the currency and enabled shopify payments which is what I use anyway and set it up via shopify to accept multiple currency in EURO, changed IP to show from Italy, and the currency did not change to EURO as it was supposed to from incognito mode. Tried several times. Shopify payments and shopify already supports multiple currencies all the way to the checkout, not just on the site. However, what is missing is the auto switch by GEO/IP which shopify only allows for plus stores. Can you just work out to make it switch automatically by GEO?IP?
Without having to enable all these settings? Again, my store with ELLA already supports checking out with EURO, and everyone else can do that thanks to Shopify update (support for multiple currencies); what is missing is the autoswitch.
Can you just enable the autoswitch please to make it work with the existing multiple shopify currencies support?

I just bought your Ella Theme shopify and it looks like it doesn’t have the same functionnality as promised in the demo video or page : https://ella-demo-4.myshopify.com/ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gF__s_tjla4For example :
1. On slideshow, “Heading text”, “Slide Description text” and “Button Slideshow” have no effect .. But in your video demonstration, “Heading text”, “Slide Description text” and “Button Slideshow” have the effect of appearing and then ascend in the slide. Why is this not possible when the Ella theme has been purchased? 2. Same for the footer, the elements are supposed to appear then asecend in the footer but this is not the case. 3. It looks like this is the same for all others elements.
Could you give me a solution?

The demo and video you provided us are from old ella version
We released Ella version 3.0.0 and new version won’t have the effect like on old version. We already have new documentation: http://themes.halothemes.com/marketplace/shopify-ella-documentation/Read_me.html#!/nav

We are sorry, the lazy loading effect you mentioned is WOW animation on old Ella version and we don’t apply for new version. Sorry for your confusion, we adjusted our texts.
About the lazy loading image feature, it is already integrated in theme, it is in our theme code to optimize loading speed.
