For plugin: Elementor are you using tags for your versions or committing new releases to the repository trunk? A client of mine broke the WP admin area with the recent Elementor update breaks Wordpress—I need an older version to use to troubleshoot the issue. Client did not use Envato to update theme or plugin correctly which is why I assumed it broke as I know it’s fussy.
I’m not able to use https://docs.elementor.com/article/382-rolling-back-to-a-previous-version-of-elementor—these instructions as I can’t use Wordpress at all when the recent version of is activated. Is there a place where I can manually download an older version?

I suggest you to downaload the latest version of the theme from market and upload them to youe website using FTP, it would fix the issue for sure.
I have done so…issue still persists. Trying to install or activate the new version of Elementor after uploading new theme - I get “The site is experiencing technical difficulties” and it will no longer install Elementor via Wordpress. I’ve also downloaded the new version of Elementor and uploaded via FTP…same issue. Are you finding that Elementor now only works in one version of PHP - if so let me know (ex. 7.0 and 7.1)...
I’ve also got a hold of some older versions—same issue.
Saw all the errors in debug mode and there is a list of 10-15 Notices within the Elementor plugin.
Now I get 500 error when Elementor is activated.

Been waiting about 2.5 weeks for a reply from the ticket (#post-90641) so I’m gonna try here. I have no had access to the new Wordpress recovery mode and in recovery mode it appears Element Pack is causing the issue. How can I get an older version of Element Pack to roll back (as it breaks the site)? How can I get it as I’ve already paid for this theme (over 3x for other clients) and Element Pack came with it….
There error I’m getting is:
An error of type E_COMPILE_ERROR was caused in line 11 of the file /home/(site name)/public_html/wp-content/plugins/bdthemes-element-pack/includes/admin.php. Error message: Cannot declare class ElementPack\Admin, because the name is already in use

Element Pack (when enabled/activated) breaks the site since new Wordpress update Version 5.2.2. We are stuck in recovery mode as this error:

Quality of Support I am quite impressed with Phlox Pro. It works very well with Elementor and has great templates. I am a 7-year veteran at Themeforest. I bought four copies of Phlox Pro themes, planning to make Phlox Pro the mainstay of all my new websites. I have bought over 100 themes in Themeforest alone. The quality, speed and precision of support initially. This seems to have deteriorated in the recent days. I have raised a ticket 5 days ago. It has not even been acknowledged. I really need to think through my options with Phlox Pro. If the support quality does not improve, I will be staying away from Phlox Pro. - Is it possible to embed audio contents (podcast + playlist) into the template? If so, our audio contents are hosted on the ivoox platform,(https://www.ivoox.com) Is Phlox compatible/is there any restriction?
- We ‘d need our future website to be bilingual (Spanish and Catalan), does Phlox offer this feature or do we have to rely on WPML, for example. Is WPML plug-in included in the price of this theme?

1 – We have not tested this service so far, but as long as it offer an embed code, you can simply place it on your website, Phlox theme handle it properly.
2 – No, WPML cannot be included in a theme and you need to use plugin like WPML or PolyLang to create a multilingual website.

Hi, I have built an eshop (woocommerce) with your theme. For some reason product images including images from product gallery and single product image are blurry but only in product detail page – Size of images showing are only 100×100px. I have looked for all how to’s but none of it worked so I thought problem might in codes in the theme. Thanks in advance for help.

You can upload SVG logo to have a crisp and sharp images on all devices.
FYI, As a Jupiter user for many years I liked the flexibility of this one. It’s working okay so far but the Coffee template has mismapped images all over. The initial load is a mess. I was able to remap the images to make it look the demo; but it was a PIA and I’ve only gotten through the banner. Take a closer look at that guys.
